Villa Rita is located in the small quiet and idyllic place Kotisina. The place is known for its botanical garden and many bird species. Villa Rita is just 2. 5 kilometers from Makarska and its beautiful beaches.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, a dining room and a terrace. From our terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea (south side) and stunning views of the mountain Biokovo with olive groves (north side). Besoderen accent we want to put our tavern, which is the true heart of the villa, with fireplace, wine and rustic collection tool, which have been used by our ancestors.

For your entertainment we have a pool, jacuzzi, sauna and a small library. Likewise, two Mountinbikes with which you can erkünden the area.

Your active leisure, you can by organized trips to our beautiful islands or on the mysterious mountain Biokovo that is full of exciting caves and mines, berreichern.

The particular location of our house, like the fact that we are in the middle of the botanical garden, makes our hotel ideal for guests on the one hand seeking rest and relaxation but also for one who want to discover the living things Makarska. The old town of Makarska is characterized by narrow streets, restaurants, boutiques and numerous shops that leave nothing to be desired.

The location is just a short drive up the hill from the city of Makarska. It’s an ideal location to relax and enjoy the view after a long day of sightseeing. Short drive (2 hours) from Dubrovnik or Split.

Beautiful comfortable villa, exactly as shown in the photos. Nestled in the so impressive mountains and a short drive or taxi to the charming town of Markaska. We loved the plunge pool, spacious patio, spa and build quality of the villa. The crazy golf was a bonus! The property mentions a 5 person occupancy but the extra single bed isn't big enough for an adult but perfect for a small child. We enjoyed some lovely trips in the area; a tuc tuc ride to the sky walk and the car ferry to the Island of Brac. We'd definitely recommend to friends and family.

This more than lived up to the expectations we had from the pictures and other reviews. It’s such a beautiful property with all the amenities you could want for a relaxing holiday…or a competitive holiday with the mini golf, darts and ping pong table!!! We loved it so much, and the owner even came by and dropped off some home made bread, which was out of this world. So so good.We already have plans to come back!Makarska is alright as well ;)Thank you so much!P.S - Take heed and rent a car if coming from Split as you’re a bit up in the hills, which only adds to the beauty of looking over the islands.

Die Villa liegt traumhaft oberhalb von Makarska und bietet einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus ist makellos sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gepflegt. Die Vermieter haben uns zu Beginn alles gezeigt und standen jederzeit freundlich für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir waren fünf Personen und hatten reichlich Platz – sei es im Haus, auf der großen Terrasse, am Pool oder auf dem hängenden Bett über dem Haus. Für unseren Sohn war das Fitnessstudio das absolute Highlight: Bankdrücken, Stepper und Tischtennis ohne Ende. Wir haben deutlich mehr Zeit im Haus verbracht als ursprünglich geplant, einfach weil es so entspannend war. Unsere kleine Tochter entdeckte ihre Liebe zu den Schildkröten, und die Katzen aus der Nachbarschaft waren ebenfalls entzückend. Jederzeit würden wir wiederkommen.

Einfach wunderbar!

Wir hatten einen der wunderschönen Urlaub! Die Villa ist ein Traum. Es fehlt einem dort einfach an nichts und alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und super gepflegt. Beim Anblick der Schildkröten war es dann ganz um uns geschehen 😍 (Salat und Rucola mögen sie am liebsten). Die Vermieter Tanja und Joško sind einfach nur klasse - immer ansprechbar, lieb und hilfsbereit - einfach super. Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft. Hvala❣️ Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Super schönes Ferienhaus!

Wir waren super zufrieden mit dem Haus! Es ist genauso toll, wie beschrieben. Viele kleine Details machen das Haus zu etwas ganz besonderem. Villa Rita in wunderschöner, ruhiger Lage in den Bergen mit Meerblick. Luxoriöse Ausstattung mit Whirlpool und Pool zum Schwimmen. Alle Räume klimatisiert. Vermieter sehr freundlich und bemüht. 10 Autominuten ins Zentrum von Makaskar. Sehr empfehlenswertes Urlaubsziel!! Peter B. mit Familie, Wien

Alles in allem war es eine schöne erholsame woche für unsere Familie....

Das Haus an sich war TOLL.... Der weg runter allerdings nur mit Auto möglich. Die Mountainbikes sind in einem schlechten Zustand und davon abgesehen hochfahren ist damit unmöglich... Wir würden aber wieder dort Urlaub machen .... empfehlenswert....

Top Haus! Spitzenlage und Mega ausgestattet

Das Haus hat mehr als man braucht! Küche super gut ausgestattet. Alles funktioniert ohne Tadel. Sehr sauberes Haus. Umgebung schön zum erkunden. Tip am Aussichtsturm weiter gehen, da kommt noch eine kleine Kirche. Sehr nette unaufdringliche Vermieter. Bei Ankunft durch den Ort bis zur Kreuzung fahren wo die Supermärkte sind, das ist der vernünftige Weg nach oben. Die anderen Wege.sind recht schmal. Google schickt einen auf Abenteuerwege…

Eine sehr sehr schöne Villa

Als wir in der Villa Rita ankamen haben wir von der ersten Minute wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter haben uns auch sehr verwöhnt mit Wein, Kirschen und die leckere Focachia. Das war einer der wenigen Urlaube wo wir sagen konnten "hier wäre ich gerne noch 2 Wochen länger geblieben"

Es ist leider nicht alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen

Leider war oben das Sonnensegel und die Longen Möbel nicht vorhanden, so das man beim Minigolf keinen Schutz bzw. keine Sitzgelegenheit hatte! Der Pool war nicht ausgesaugt! Ansonsten war das ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Die Straßen Bauarbeiten waren auch nicht erwähnt worden! Sind im Bereich der Villa jetzt abgeschlossen ! Alles im allen war es gut!

Traumferien in Traumvilla

Wir durften 2 wundervolle Wochen in der Villa Rita verbringen. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Joško und Tanja sind super hilfbereit und haben uns ganz herzlich Empfangen. Wir können die Villa und vorallem auch Dalmatien / Makarska nur weiter empfehlen.

Tolle Villa mit traumhaften Meerblick

Die Villa bietet viele Möglichkeiten, die Zeit zu genießen: Fitnessraum, Tischtennis, Mini Golf, Luftgewehr, Pool, Jakuzzi, Sauna und verschiedene Relax Zonen....immer mit fantastischem Meerblick. Dabei Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit, 2km nach Makarska. Sonne oder Schatten, viele Möglichkeiten, viel Platz für vier Personen, 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder! Josko und Tanja sind extrem nette und Gastfreundliche Vermieter! Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Villa Rita sehr genossen!
