Nestled within olive trees overlooking the Adriatic Sea and nearby islands, Villa Toni is a truly unique vacation home. Located in remote part of Krvavica, small seaside village outside of Makarska, the villa is an ideal retreat for those looking for peace and tranquility in natural surroundings. Villa Toni has several separate seating and entertaining areas - patios, terraces and decks, including outdoor barbecue and heated (over 30sq m) swimming pool. Hand carved stone walls and Mediterranean scents dominate the property, along with sea views and natural shade all day round. There are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as bright and airy living space adjacent to a newly remodeled kitchen & dining area. Gated parking can fit up to 2 cars.

Such caring hosts

Gordana and her husband went above and beyond to welcome us. Seeing how tired we were on arrival, they not only had provided a cold plate of local meats cheeses etc, but also made us dinner that evening. We have never felt so looked after by property owners. Popped over discreetly throughout our stay to service the pool and look after the garden, brought grapes from their own vines and their olive oil. Hospitality was second to none. We loved the privacy of this property, it was well equipped and spotless. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

The villa exceeded all my expectations. I have plenty of experience with bookings, but this villa is on a completely different level.Everything here is thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay, you don’t need to worry about any little details. I honestly couldn’t find a single downside: everything was spotless, fully equipped, and ready for you to simply arrive and enjoy your vacation.The hosts are wonderful people, they welcomed us warmly, showed us everything we needed to know, and even provided drinks and food for us.The villa is in a perfect location for a peaceful getaway, and the views from it will leave no one indifferent, the sea and mountains are simply breathtaking.I can confidently recommend this villa and have no doubt that you will have an amazing time here.

Fabulous property. Lovely owners

We knew we’d booked somewhere special the moment we arrived. We were greeted by Antonio and his dad Ivo. They showed us round and shortly after Ivo brought us a meal! They were really helpful and welcoming. The property is comfortable and has everything you need (including great air con). The outside areas are fantastic. There is a lovely terraced area with natural tree shading for eating/relaxing. The pool is excellent and has more terracing with views out to the sea and up to the mountains. We swam there to cool off during the day and then under the stars at night. The coastline is stunning in both directions, with beautiful beaches and little bays.

Sehr schönes Haus, fantastisch gelegen mit großem Pool. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst herzlich und haben uns bei Ankunft sogar bekocht und Brot sowie eine sehr leckere Käse-Schinken-Platte für den nächstem morgen bereit gestellt

Unvergesslicher Urlaub

Ein Rückzugsort der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kinder haben den großen Pool genutzt während wir auf der Terasse relaxen konnten. Die Aussicht ist phänomenal und im nur 15 Minuten entfernten Makarska findet man ein leckeres Restaurant nach dem anderen. Bei der Ausstattung des Hauses fehlte es an nichts und vor allem die Vermieter waren ein Traum. Immer da, wenn sie gebraucht wurden und bereit uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Erholung pur.

Excellent Accommodation with beautiful sea view

The property was exceptionally clean & equipped to a high standard. Very friendly & kind owners who looked after all our needs & nothing was too much trouble. The swimming pool & gardens were a wonderful feature & well maintained. This was a very peaceful location & provided a relaxing stay. We would highly recommend this property & would be delighted to return again.

Lovely villa with wonderful hosts

The villa is spotlessly clean and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The scenery is stunning and pool and outdoor shower are fantastic for cooling off. Ivo and Gordana gave us a warm welcome with food and wine when we arrived and cooked for us on our first night. Ivo also brought us another meal later in the week. They were so kind to us. I would definitely recommend Villa Toni.

So muss Urlaub sein!

Der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus war absolut toll. Seit Beginn der Buchung haben sich alle der Familie Cimiz wunderbar um uns gekümmert und stets Kontakt gehalten. Wir wurden mehr als herzlich von Gordana und Ivo empfangen, die im Kühlschrank sogar einen ersten kleinen Einkauf für uns erledigt hatten. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts, um einen wundervollen Urlaub genießen zu können. Während des Aufenthalts hat uns Ivo immer wieder gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Das Haus ist sauber, super ausgestattet und der Pool ein Highlight für die ganze Familie. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus sehr und möchten uns nochmals bedanken für diese tolle Erfahrung.

Wunderbar und Perfekt

Wir waren höchst zufrieden und die 14 Tage genossen wir, es entwickelte sich eine Freundschaft zwischen Gordona, Ivo und uns. Schon zu Beginn wurden wir mit einer leckereren Brotzeit und anschl. Abendessen überrascht. Das Haus sehr angenehm und die Küche perfekt eingerichtet, selbst die wichtigsten Gewürze, Küchentücher, Handtücher, Backpapier., Spülmitteltabs, Waschmitteltabs....... und schöner Garten mit schattigen Plätzen, was bei 34 Grad sehr wichtig war. Der Pool, ein Traum, viel größer als andere und wunderbarer Blick zum Meer. Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen, Top!!!! S. u. N.

Vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit in Krvavica!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Krvavica sehr genossen, vor allem Dank des tollen Ferienhauses! Es ist total schön gelegen mit seinen Sitzplätzen unter Olivenbäumen, einem tollen Pool und einer wirklich umfangreichen Ausstattung. Das Haus oder die Ferienvilla haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden, aber das allergrößte Lob verdienen wohl die Vermieter! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch während des Urlaubs super betreut! Herzlichsten Dank von uns allen, wir können die Villa nur empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder!

Ein kleines Paradies mit wundervollen Gastgebern

Das Haus liegt ruhig und ist eine Oase für Erholung. Der wundervolle grosse Garten mit den tollen Pflanzen ist ein Paradies. Ob unter den schönen Olivenbäumen oder am gepflegten Pool, man findet von morgens früh bis abends spät einen Platz zum geniessen. Die Gastgeber, Ivo und Gordana sind absolut WOW. Sie sind unglaublich aufmerksam, unterstützen wenn nötig. Sie haben auch öfters für unser leibliches Wohl gesorgt. Wirklich grosszügig und sehr lieb. Vielen Dank und ja, das ist ein Ort zum Wiederkommen!

Schöner Aufenthalt im Sommer 2021. Tolles Haus und super Gastgeber.

Wir haben die Tage bei Gordana und Ivo sehr genossen. Das Haus entsprach in vollem Umfang unseren Wünschen und Anforderungen. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche Art von Gordana und Ivo, nicht nur bei der Begrüßung, sondern den gesamten Aufenthalt über. Die Pflege des Pools, der Außenanlage und auch die Reinigung des Hauses erfolgten ohne große Einschränkung für unseren Urlaub. Die Worte „Wenn ihr etwas braucht einfach melden“ bei der Begrüßung waren nicht nur eine Floskel sondern begleiteten den ganzen Aufenthalt bis hin zur Abreise. Vielen Dank Gordana und Ivo für die schöne Zeit und eure Herzlichkeit. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Urlaub wie er sein soll

Wer in Ruhe Urlaub machen möchte, ist bei Gordana und Ivo genau richtig. Das Haus ist gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist super! Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Die Vermieter haben uns sogar regelmäßig mit leckerem Essen versorgt. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Wunderbar! Zum Strand muss man 7–10 Minuten zu Fuß bergab gehen. Hat uns nicht gestört. Wir kommen wieder. Ganz bestimmt! Danke für alles, Gordana und Ivo. Dank Euch und Eurem tollen Haus hatten wir einen traumhaften Urlaub in Krvavica!

Quite possibly our best summer holiday ever

Beautiful, spotlessly clean house; gorgeous pool, incredible views and very kind and generous hosts. We loved the comfy beds and quality linen, the powerful showers, the well-equipped kitchen, the privacy, the plentiful outdoor spaces, the barbeque and did I already mention the views? 10/10

Exceeding expectations

What else can we add beyond all the positive comments already given for this property? Everything said is absolutely correct! The place is spotless and appears so clean and new that one gets the impression being the very first person staying at this place ever. The wonderful garden is plentiful of amazing aromas from lavender and fresh kitchen herbs - and all under the wonderful shade of the old olive trees. All this is topped by the hospitality and friendlyness of Ivo and Gordona. Starting with a appetizer plate of local delicacies at arrival, fresh cherries the next and ultimately a delicous dinner with fresh ocean fish grilled just for us - this is vacation as it best. The villa is located a bit up the hill, which allows for a fresh ocean breeze when temperatures are high. The local beach - only few minutes away by car - has its own shadowed pine tree forest which gives plenty of shade if you desire. And the nearby small by very authentic fisher village Bratus counts with a wonderful local restaurant directly at the beach. After all, a wonderful and memorable stay which we can recommend to everyone who wants to experience the hospitaly of Croatia a bit off the beaten path - and still at the seaside - in a top quality setting.

Great Holiday

Had a great stay at Villa Toni, the property is spotlessly clean an ideally situated. The owners are very friendly and could not do enough to assist you dealing very promptly with any queries and even cooked us dinner one night. Could not fault it.
