Enjoy your Avalon vacation in a private 3-story townhouse with 5 bedrooms (including 2 with King beds and ensuites), 4 baths, multiple decks, backyard patio with gas fire pit, beautiful bay views and fully equipped kitchen. Property sleeps 14 (which includes 3 king size beds. 1 double over double bunkbed, and 2 pull out sofas.) ** Bed Linens and towels are not provided. We can recommend a service to rent linens & towels for your stay. 4 beach bikes are included in the rental upon request. Off street and plentiful parking on street. Walk or ride your bike to the beach or just head down the street (2 short blocks) to a public dock where you can relax, swim, raft, kayak or paddle board. When you want to get out to shop or eat--take a short stroll into town. Spend your evenings on one of 4 decks to take in the serenity of Avalon. 1st floor - bdr 1 with king bed, walk-in laudry room, bdr 2 with full over full bunkbeds and full size mattresses, full bathroom, 2nd floor - "great room" with large dining table and spacious deck with outdoor cooking on gas grill, bdr 3 (also set up as a den) with deck, full bathroom, 3rd floor - bdr 4 with king bedroom w/ private bathroom and deck, master bedroom with king, private bathroom and deck. New mattresses throughout.
**4 beach bikes with locks are included. Lights are on the bikes. Both can be requested prior to the rental.

Stayed here with 12 people for a wedding and the house fit our needs perfectly! Clean, spacious, great location, comfy beds, had everything we needed! Jim and Steph were super responsive and made the whole process easy! Would definitely recommend for a large group and would 100% stay here again

Property is close to restaurants and shoppes. Beach is walkable. 5-6 blocks. Easy check in and out. Property was very clean when we arrived. Owners were communicative.

Fabulous place

The place is awesome. Beautifully maintained and in a great location close to everything in Avalon. The owner Jim is a great guy and very responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend staying here.

Great weekend getaway

Stayed for a long birthday weekend with some friends and this house was perfect to accommodate our group! The perfect location into the center of town and a short walk to the beach! The house was super clean and the owners were very friendly and responsive! Will definitely be returning for a weekend!

Perfect bayside getaway

Beautiful property, clean, accommodating, great location and amazing views. Plenty of room for our large group, bonus bikes and beach chairs included in our stay, the owners were a text/ phone call away if I had any questions. A 3 story townhome that separates all the bedrooms so you all feel separated. All in suite. Two living area if you have adults and kids . Awesome patios. Hosts are super easy to work with and are always in communication with you. Would stay again. Walkable to the cute Main Street of Avalon

Perfect for large group

4 adult couples stayed at this beautiful property while attending a wedding at Avalon Country Club. Within walking distance of many of the adorable town shops and restaurants. Property is so clean, beautiful and had everything we needed for the long weekend of celebrating the newlyweds. Great hosts too! HIGHLY recommend.

Lovely stay Great Location

My family stayed there for a week. The location was very good, close enough to town (very walkable) but not too close to have all the noise at night, The house was as described and was easy to actually cook in IF you wanted to. The home offers off street parking for 2 cars but there was more parking avail. My family would certainly stay there again. The hosts/owners were also very helpful and communication was very responsive and easy.

Great Getaway!

We had a family wedding in June in Avalon. This place checked all of our boxes! House was beautiful! You can’t complain about having three king size beds. It’s was located in a peaceful area with beautiful views all around. Our little yorkie, Pippin, found her favorite spot to relax too. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck enjoying our coffee. Highly recommend! Our hosts responded quickly to our questions and were very helpful.

Absolute perfection. Beautifully decorated and easy to settle into condo in the heart of Avalon. A well appointed kitchen stocked with all of the essentials. Jim & Stephani were extremely responsive and provided everything you would need for a vacation in Avalon (including beach chairs, beach tags & bikes)

Girls weekend getaway!

We stayed at this amazing home for a girls weekend getaway! Jim and Steph are the owners of this beautiful home in Avalon! They are great hosts and are very responsive of any questions! We had the pleasure to meet Jim! The home is absolutely perfect! Its is very spacious and has everything you need for your stay! The beds are very comfortable! The multiple decks are great to be on day or night! It is located right by the beach, bars, shopping and restaurants!! It also has a view of the bay! You will not be disappointed! We hope to return! Thank you Jim and Steph, you are truly blessed to have a home like this!

Fantastic property

This property met all of our needs. We enjoyed the location very much and especially appreciated the functionality of the layout of the home having 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms as well as multiple private outdoor decks. This allowed for everyone to enjoy some family time together yet have the ability for comfortable downtime and privacy which worked out well for my older teenage children. We all appreciated being able to pretty much park the cars for the week and be in walking distance of all the shops and restaurants nearby The house was perfectly appointed with everything we could possibly need for the week and was exceptionally clean and odor free. The beds were very extremely comfortable. I very much enjoyed the deck views and feeling part of the activity of a busy summer week at the shore. We would definitely rent this property again for an Avalon vacation!

Bridal party - groom’s house

My (now) husband and his siblings stayed at this house during our wedding weekend. His siblings are married and have very small children. The house was clean and spacious. This house was perfect location-wise, especially for my husband’s family who is not familiar with Avalon or Stone Harbor! The hosts were very gracious.
