Cozy studio cabin is the perfect up north retreat. Cozy Cabin 2 is a short walk to Lower Buckatabon Lake, great for fishing. Like to ride ATVs? Cozy Cabin is just off the trail! We also have a pier for parking watercraft during your stay. For a fun and relaxing summer getaway, this is the place you want to be.

**NOTE: Although we know pets are furry family members, and we love pets as much as their owners do, Cozy Cabin is part of an association that has a "no pets" policy. We thank you for understanding and leaving your pet(s) with a sitter while you enjoy your stay at Cozy Cabin.

Security Camera Disclosure: For your safety and security, and to monitor the property when not in use, there is a security camera located on the garage that captures the driveway and front door of the property. There is a second camera that captures the back patio door.

This property offers incredible views of sunrises and sunsets on Lake Buckatabon. There is a very nice beach, a dedicated dock to park your boat and water toys in the summer, and is on the ATV and snowmobile trails.
