You will have access to a private beach, plenty of dockage, kayaks, paddle boards, your own fire pits and BBQ, several outdoor patio/lounging areas, satellite tv, wifi, and of course the great view of lake. This is 1 of the 2 cottages available to rent on this gorgeous property. Located close to all the amenities, you are Just a 10 minute drive from Little Current and the iconic swing bridge.

My hubby and I love in Sudbury but spend most of out time enjoying cottage life. We enjoy flying our small float plane, and drop in for a visit from time to time if dock space is available at Islandtime

Our family has owned this property as well as the 100 acres behind it for over 50 years
What makes this property unique
The property is unique because it is located at the end of the road in the protected Sheguiandah Bay. Sandy beach’s and crystal clear water makes for great swimming. A government boat launch 2 minutes down the road allows great fishing access for anglers.
