This privately owned, newly remodeled, third floor condominium views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, private balcony, and main bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. We provide everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals.

The Plantation has been voted as a top family destination in Southern Living Magazine. Gulf Shores Plantation is a family friendly resort complex with 24/7 on site security. The 4,000 feet of private unspoiled beaches offers many activities, amenities, as well as spectacular sunsets. This resort is next door to the nationally-ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and offers numerous onsite amenities. Perfectly situated, the Plantation is minutes away from the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, yet you are away from the over-developed crowded beaches of the strip.

Lovely scenery and experience

We loved being close to the beach which was a quick walk. Being close to food places and dollar general was a plus and there was multiple pools. We was able to enjoy gulf shores and orange beach. We would definitely be returning! The host has been kind and amazing.

Our stay could not have been better! The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and exactly as expected. The beach was just a short walk away and not too crowded. The pool was a popular spot for many but we did not utilize this. We did visit the coffee and ice cream shop within walking distance a couple of times and it was so good!

I've never given a property a "top notch" title on a review, until this one. Y'all. This is a stunning unit! I don't even know where to begin. The entire space was spotless, perfectly decorated and updated! It is so beautiful. The cleaning crew needs a shout out because they're doing a fantastic job! The owner is very easy to get in touch with and responds quickly, he's a very nice gentleman. The unit is on the 3rd floor and it has excellent views of the ocean. I have this unit saved because we WILL most definitely be back. We have been coming to the Plantation at Kiva Dunes for several years and this is hands down our favorite unit. The couch, beds and pillows are so very comfortable as well and both showers had very hot water that lasted through 4 people showering back to back. The unit is exactly as pictured. I honestly cannot say enough about this unit!

Very nice, great location. A lot of construction going on and the indoor hot tub and pool were closed. Condo was very well equipped but needs dressers in bedrooms and could use a nice chair in the living room.

Absolutely perfect!

We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and a large part of its success was where we stayed. Everything about the place was wonderful. The location was ideal, the beach was breathtaking, the condo was adorable, and the hosts were a dream. They answered all my questions in a timely manner, they bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. When it turned out we were going to have some bad weather and the indoor pool wouldn’t be available, they offered to let us stay an extra night free!!! The kids are already asking when we can go back!

Condo is in perfect location. We have stayed in the complex before and love it! Owner was very communicative and accommodating. This unit is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Beds are comfortable but I’ll bring my own sheets next time these were stiffer than hospital sheets. Unit was mostly clean, but needs to have baseboards and vents wiped down. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely stay again.

Nice place.

We enjoyed the property and the owner was very responsive! I would suggest maybe a tv at least in master bedroom and maybe a chair for a little more seating in the living room. Not something that we coulnd't work around though! Resort is under upgrades at this time but it wasn't a hinder for us. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo and look forward to returning in the future!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay!

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and nicely decorated. Check in was a breeze and property staff was very friendly. The owner is very responsive with any questions I had. Access to the beach is easy and with several pools on the property over crowding was never an issue. We really enjoyed having the Sassy Bass grill on the property as well for a quick meal or cocktails. I look forward to returning to the Plantation in the future.

Wonderful Location

The property is a short walk from private beach. You can see the ocean/beach from the balcony. The recent renovations make the unit airy and inviting. The heated pool is located directly beside the boardwalk to the beach. Sassy Bass restaurant is located beside the condo and has excellent service and meals.
