About this property

Classic charm home meets modern comfort in the heart of Uptown Vancouver. Just 4 blocks to Main Street and a short drive to the Waterfront, this spacious 5-bedroom home is perfect for families, friend groups, and multi-generational stays.

Walk to Uptown and settle into this beautifully updated Vancouver home, featuring new appliances, upgraded furnishings throughout, king beds with all-new mattresses, and a fully refreshed backyard with turf, ambient lighting, a fire pit, and Blackstone griddle. Just four blocks from Main Street, it’s an ideal home base for family gatherings or group getaways.

We utilize a third-party co-host to ensure you are well taken care of during your stay. We trust that Utmost Property Management will take care of our home with the utmost attention to detail with you, our guest, in the forefront of their mind.

Nestled in a quiet, established pocket of Vancouver, this home offers the perfect balance of peaceful residential living with easy access to everything the city has to offer. You’re just minutes from downtown Vancouver, the waterfront, New Seasons Grocery, local coffee shops, parks, and great dining, with quick access to I-5 and I-205 for trips into Portland or around the region. The neighborhood itself is calm and walkable, making it a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring, while still being close to shopping, grocery stores, and everyday essentials. Whether you’re visiting for work or leisure, this location makes getting around simple and stress-free.

Guests will have access to the entirety of the house with the exception of a couple locked closets.
There is a garage to the left of the house that is off limits to guest access, nor do we allow parking in front of it.

The front entrance opens to a thoughtfully designed open-concept layout, with the main-level dining table overlooking the inviting living space. The living room is warm and welcoming, featuring hardwood floors, comfortable seating, a Roku TV, and a Sonos speaker. The fully stocked kitchen sits just beyond, well-equipped for all your meal time needs. At the back of the home, a bright sunroom overlooks the backyard and features a counter-height table with stools—an ideal spot for coffee, casual bites, or evening drinks with a view.

The main-level primary bedroom connects to the kids’ bedroom through a convenient Jack-and-Jill layout, offering two private access doors to a shared full bath. This design keeps children close while still allowing for privacy and separation when needed. The kids’ room includes a bunk bed with pull-out trundle, modular play couch, books, toys, and a kid-sized table—making travel with little ones both easy and enjoyable while maintaining an elevated, family-friendly feel.

Downstairs, the finished basement features a large sectional and big-screen TV (with an additional Sonos speaker and sound bar), creating the perfect space for movie nights or a separate hangout zone for kids. This level also includes three additional bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and laundry for added convenience.

The fully fenced backyard features newly installed turf and is designed for gathering and relaxing. Enjoy the propane fire pit with Adirondack chairs, an outdoor dining set, and a Blackstone griddle for easy outdoor cooking.

This home blends charm, function, and comfort for a relaxed and memorable stay.

Driving is the easiest option, with quick access to I-5 and I-205, making it simple to reach the surrounding areas. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and are a popular option for getting around without worrying about parking.

For those who are looking for public transportation, C-TRAN bus routes run nearby, offering affordable access to downtown Vancouver, local shopping areas, and transit connections into Portland.

Walking and biking are also great options—the neighborhood is residential and relatively flat, with nearby parks, coffee shops, and everyday essentials within easy reach. In the warmer months, we’ll also be offering bikes and possibly some children's scooters, making it even easier to explore the area as a family.

Please note that off-street parking and garage-front parking are not currently available.
The neighborhood is very welcoming to our guests, and we kindly ask that parking be limited to the space directly in front of the house. There is typically enough street parking there for up to two cars, and those spots are usually available. While there may be additional street parking nearby, we ask that guests avoid parking in front of neighboring homes out of respect for the full-time residents.

The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property.

Love this home. It was very clean and well taken care of. Very comfortable beds and living space. We really enjoyed the back yard, cooking dinner on the Blackstone and relaxing by the fire pit. I would highly recommend the home for a visit.
