The year- round cottage accommodates multiple guests with three inviting bedrooms. The family-friendly atmosphere is enhanced by only a 7 minute short walk to Balm Beach. With nearby access to trails and beaches, this cottage offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, making it an ideal destination for unforgettable memories!

This cottage can be used in all seasons and has both air conditioning and heating.

In fall and winter months, many ski resorts are within a 30 minute drive and other wonderful winter activities exist in the area, including snow shoeing on amazing local trails. In the summer, there are many bike trails and parks.

This is a beautiful property. The cottage has good sized rooms, is very clean, and the hosts were very responsive, helpful, and accommodating when we had any questions.
