Enjoy a relaxed coastal stay in this newly renovated Shoalwater home, just 600 metres from the beach. With three queen beds, two bathrooms, a beautiful established garden and a vine-covered outdoor dining area, it is ideal for families, small groups, corporate travellers and longer stays. Walk to Richmond Lake and Shoalwater shops, or explore nearby Penguin Island, Point Peron and Rockingham Foreshore.

We are very contactable and will help out at any time. Please message us and we will get back to you soon as possible. Please be aware that unless urgent, guests should be patient with us after hours as we like our team members to be able to spend some quality time with their families. We prefer to use the Airbnb app to receive messages and this is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us.

We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

You will receive the access details a few days before your arrival, once you complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.

With three queen bedrooms, two bathrooms, a beautiful established garden and a vine-covered outdoor dining area, the home is ideal for families, small groups, corporate travellers and longer stays.

Inside, you will find bright and welcoming living spaces, polished timber floors and a dining table seating eight. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge, dishwasher, air fryer, rice cooker and pod coffee machine for Nespresso-compatible pods.

All three bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with professionally laundered linen provided. One bedroom opens directly onto the deck and garden, creating a peaceful place to enjoy the fresh coastal air.
Both bathrooms have showers, and professionally laundered bath towels are supplied. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

The air-conditioned living area provides a comfortable place to relax, while fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make the home practical for corporate, relocation and extended stays. Invoices are available for business accommodation.
Outside, the spacious timber deck sits beneath a leafy pergola with festoon lighting, outdoor dining and a barbecue. The large grassy backyard is surrounded by mature trees and a well-loved garden, with kookaburras frequently visiting the peaceful surroundings.

A washing machine, dryer, driveway parking and self check-in make both short and longer stays easy.

The property is professionally treated, but being close to nature is part of its charm. To stay comfortable, we suggest keeping food sealed, closing doors when possible, and using repellents if needed. This is all part of the beautiful natural environment that makes this area so special. If you notice anything unusual, please reach out - we’re always happy to help.
