There are certain this in okay with and some they I'm not. Nobody told us the hit water was turned off or that a sheet for the hot water process was on the refrigerator. I went to go take a shower after a 4 hour drive and there was no water at all. I immediately contacted the host. Nobody responded for over an hour. Then I was told sboutvthe directions on the side of refrigerator. The sheet had fallen down between the cabinet and fridge. So unless you were told they were there, why would you look? I was then told nothing would be done until the following day if the directions didn't work. Unacceptable. I eventually found the hot water heater which was tucked in a closet behind a curtain. The hot water was in "on" position. The valve on top of the hot water heater was the one that was turned off. Secondly the washer had literal mildew inside of it. I had to clean the damn thing because it smelled so bad. I poured a gallon bleach and bought an enzyme remover for it. Still didn't help. We had to take our clothes to a laundry matt. We were offered no help. Getting a hold of the management company was pointless. We were so upset we left a day early. Ruined our vacation.
