You'll only be a few short blocks from the start of the famous boardwalk, Ocean City Convention Center, Jolly Rogers, mini golf and many fantastic bars and restaurants! It's also a strategic location for events at the Convention Center, Ocean City inlet, West Ocean City and Salisbury.

This beautiful unit features a large fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. You'll also enjoy the large tub, fireplace, flat screen TV's in most rooms, wireless internet and covered parking for 2 vehicles. You'll love the cool breezes that come off the ocean and the ocean views from the large end of building balcony too!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Sapphire Sea is an elevator building.
* Outdoor shower
* Quick access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 35th street.
* Two covered parking spots are provided.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Perfect location and great condo. Was perfect for 6 adults as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Love that you can see the beach from the balcony. Communication with host was super quick. Only recommendation would be black out curtains for the rooms as it’s very bright at night with all the outside lights.

The location was only a block and a half from the beach and centrally located for our trips to various golf courses. Should we return to the area we would definitely stay there again.

June Family Vacay

The condo was very clean and it has all the amenities possible for a carefree vacation. The bed and towel linen delivery service was appreciated. The sheet sets for the 2 queen beds were wrong (size: Full), but the owner quickly addressed the mix-up and the correct size sheets were delivered within a few hours. Great location! We would stay here again!

Amazing beach condo

This is one of the best condos we have stayed in OCMD. So spacious, clean and in a great location. The only drawback was no access to stairs from outside so we always had to take elevator up, but were able to take stair down. Access to stairs from bottom level to avoid elevator would be a great addition.

A lovely beach condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had an amazing stay here. Great location, up to date kitchen, nice furnature, comfortable beds and a great porch hang. The floors seemed to be pretty sandy when we checked in, needing a thorough vacuum through. There was also a piece of broken glass that my brother stepped on which made us caution having our little baby niece crawling around on the floor. The staff made sure they would be addressing these issues moving forward and comped us a small fee for having to clean the place upon checking in.

Great place to stay

Beautiful and clean spacious condo! I brought my two daughters and my elderly parents with me on the vacation and we had enough room for everyone. Very secure building with code entry. Beach is right next to the condo and you can see the ocean from the side view. Nice view from patio too. Parking spaces are small for SUVs but if you drive one car you can take up both spaces they allot you. Overall it’s a great place to stay with family or friends!

adorable and functional

great little spot on the strip in ocean beach! beautiful ocean view with eclectic decor to match. verrrrryyyyy spacious space- which came in handy for our visit. perfect balcony for coffee in the morning. clean enough. you also, have to bring own sheets to a rental...parking and navigation was a breeze. a bunch of great restaurants / shops within walking distance of the condo. overall a pretty great visit. definitely felt right at home.

Superb for 3 couples

Each couple had own bedroom and bathroom . Kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals. Also close to restaurants . Steps to the beach . Beach view from large balcony added bonus. 2 reserved parking spots . As well as street parking. We left one car at the street parking the whole time . The other two cars in the reserved parking and used one of the cars in reserved parking when we went out, so would have a place to park when we got back as street parking is limited and fills up . Would stay again at this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was way beyond our expectations. The condo was spotless and very comfortable. There is so much room in this condo that everyone in our party (4 adults) felt like we had our own little apartment. The weather while we were there was terrible. It was rainy and windy, but with the fireplace on, it was cozy and quiet inside. Any question or request we had was handled quickly and efficiently. The condo building itself was wonderful. It's a small complex so it was quiet and easily accessible to everything. There are many good restaurants nearby, including Barn 34 and Shotti's Point to name a few. It was unanimous, this was the best condo we've rented(we visit family in OC twice a year) and will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend not just this condo, but Benchmark Property as well.
