Nothing combines the idea of a quiet, nature-conscious and stylish way of living with the peculiarity of the Baltic Sea coast better than living under thatch.

The cozy thatched roof house, built in 2012 with 140sqm of living space, has an inviting open living and kitchen area with connection to the terrace and the garden. On the ground floor is the 1st Bathroom with shower, toilet incl. Washing machine. The house is designed for up to 8 adults and 1 toddler. A staircase leads to the 4 bedrooms, the 2nd Bathroom with toilet, shower & bath tub, upstairs. The house is located 650m from the Baltic Sea beach and about 15 minutes walk from the city center, which offers you an optimal mix between tranquility and proximity to attractions.

Ein ruhig gelegenes Haus mit guter Raumaufteilung und guter Ausstattung. Für zwei Familien bestens geeignet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten am Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus und haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Es bot ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Die Lage war super. Wir waren zu Fuß schnell am Strand und mit dem Auto schnell in Rerik und Rostock. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir durften einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbringen. Das Ferienhaus besticht durch seine gute Lage in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Strand sowie gute Erreichbarkeit von Rerik Zentrum, Kühlungsborn und Salzhaff mit dem Auto/Fahrrad. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist außergewöhnlich gut, insbesondere die Küche. Uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super erholsame Woche mit Freunden

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief einwandfrei. Er war sehr Freundlich und sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und bestens eingerichtet, sodass wir als Familie mit einer weiteren Familie eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht haben.

Ein schöner Familienurlaub

Es hat zwar 3 Tage gedauert bevor es warm wurde, aber durch ein abentliches Kaminfeuer war es sehr kuschelig. Es war ein schönes, sauberes Ferienhaus. Der Vermieter kam uns sehr bei der Anreise entgegen. Vielen Dank.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es freut mich das es Ihnen gefallen hat. Die Temperatur im Haus ist auf 21,5°- 22,0° angestellt. Die eingestellt Temperatur wird kontrolliert. Wunschgemäß korrigiere ich die Temperatur zur Anreise. Es handelt sich um eine Erdwärmeheizung welche mit Ökostrom betrieben wird. Im gesamten Haus ist eine Fußbodenheizung installiert, so dass eine gleichmäßige Temperatur gewährleistet ist. Die Schlafzimmer sind auf ca. 18° - 19°eingestellt. In den Bädern ist die Einstellung entsprechend höher. Sie kann durch Thermostate, in den Räumen reguliert werde. Für eine kurzfristige Erhöhung der Raumtemperatur ist der Kaminofen eine schnelle und gemütliche Möglichkeit. Ihr Gastgeber Holger Lüdtke

Sonne, Meer und ein gemütliches Haus

Es ist ein sehr komfortabel eingerichtetes Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Sauna ist leider nur im benachbarten Haus Nummer 2. Handtücher muss man selber mitbringen. Ein paar Spinnen haben ihr Spuren hinterlassen. Da wir traumhaftes Wetter hatten, waren wir viel im Nahe gelegenen Salzhaff und an der Ostsee unterwegs.
