"Finca Baltica": Baltic Sea dream vacation on 3500 sqm with an exclusive sauna house

Do you love the Baltic Sea? Spend your vacation on our finca in one of the most beautiful landscapes on the coast of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, the cooling.

Your holiday home is here: On the edge of the field and meadow, directly behind the exit from Kühlungsborn, in the romantic little town of Wichmannsdorf.

The "Finca Baltica" - 3500 sqm are yours - wild trees, flowering bushes, strawberries, cherries and sloes ... everything you want to be discovered. A small oasis as a retreat with your family, your children or together with friends.

The house impresses with its unique architecture and design - the large window front opens up the panorama for cooling, two separate bedrooms let you dream. The children enjoy the large garden or have fun in their "beach house".

The beach in Kühlungsborn is only 5 km away - you can quickly reach the sea by bike or car. Take trips to Heiligendamm or Rerik, both places are a stone's throw from Wichmannsdorf.

Riding, golfing, swimming, hiking, cycling trips - the possibilities are unlimited. End the day by the fireplace or in our sauna house - enjoy the sunset over the adjacent fields of the "Finca Baltica".

And for the sauna enthusiasts: optionally book our sauna package for 20 EUR per day - this includes all-day use of the sauna, the choice of a sauna infusion, the use of sauna towels and a bathrobe.

Wir waren schon mehrfach dort aber sind der Meinung, dass das Haus etwas pflegebedürftig ist. Ins Besondere das Sofa lädt nicht mehr zum sitzen ein und sie Aussendusche war defekt. Der Garten und die Sauna waren wie immer sehr toll!!!

Traumhafte Auszeit

Diese Objekt ist einfach perfekt wenn man eine Auszeit haben möchte und trotzdem in ein paar Minuten in Kühlungsborn direkt am Meer ist. Die Sauna ist das absolute Highlight. Es ist alles durchdacht und alle Utensilien die man braucht findet man vor Ort.Lediglich Brennholz für den Kamin sollte man vorher noch besorgen! Wir sind begeistert und finden diesen Ort einfach besonders!

Das Haus war in Ordnung. Leider versuchte der Gastgeber uns nach Abreise 200€ extra in Rechnung zu stellen weil wir den Boden der Sauna nicht gewischt hatten.

Ein Ort zum Verweilen

Abseits des Touristenrummels gibt es eine Oase der Ruhe, die Finca Baltica. Das Ausblick durch große Fenster auf die Baumlichtung ist einmalig schön. Die morgendliche kalte Außendusche und der Gang über die Wiese erden perfekt. Es gibt eine versteckte Sauna mit Blick auf die Natur. Der Strand ist nur 5km entfernt. Der perfekte Rückzugsort.

Was für ein schönes Ferienhaus

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit einem traumhaft schönem Gartengrundstück. Das Saunahaus liegt versteckt im Garten mit Blick über das Feld und doch ohne selbst beim Saunieren gesehen zu werden. Wir hatten eine tolle und entspannte Urlaubswoche. Vielen Dank auch nochmal an den Vermieter Herrn Franchi, für seine Hilfe und Lösung eines kleinen „Promlemchens“😄 Er weiß schon was gemeint ist🙃😉 Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier. Und wieder konnten wir uns richtig entspannen. Das Haus steht auf einem großzügigem Grundstück. Es gibt viel Platz und Ruhe. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert. Gerne kommen wir auch ein drittes Mal. Einfach toll.
