Excellent stay at Pearl street house was in tip-top shape. Spacious home with plenty of pots and pans to cook. 5 star recommendation will be back

The house is just fine. We stayed for 3 days and while they give you a couple of rolls of tp and one garbage bag, we really would have appreciated more essentials so we didn’t have to worry about buying garbage bags first thing on our short trip. There is no salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters, tin foil, etc so get your own. Rooms were good sized, sheets pretty scratchy and the bed pillows not very good. The pool area is pretty bare bones, no landscaping, one or two pool noodles and a couple of floaties, and needed to be skimmed regularly by us. There were some hairs on our bed, and when the sink leaked I had to be the one to communicate with the very friendly repair man - I’d have much preferred the property co handle but they shared my info with him and then I had to arrange to be at the rental co so he could repair. There are zero toys books games beach chairs etc so bring your own. It was fine, but not set up to be super seamless like we’ve experienced with other homes in the area. Location was as expected, about a 20 min walk to margaritaville.
