Welcome to Sunny Canal. This beautiful three-bedroom canal front home is located on the North end of Fort Myers Beach and is a quick walk to the beach. Walking into the living area guests are greeted with a wall of sliding glass doors filtering the area with natural light. A cozy living area features two sofa sleepers, flat screen TV, and picturesque views of the canal. Whip up a delicious dinner in the evenings in the fully equipped kitchen. Open the sliding glass doors and choose to eat at the inside dining table, the outdoor table on the lanai, or both. The lanai is screened for extra comfort. The main level also includes a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry. Up the spiral staircase to the third floor guests will find another queen bedroom, full bathroom, and the primary suite. Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane.
