Enjoyable stay!

Enjoyed our stay with the welcoming host family. This host family was very kind and helped us find something important to our son and was willing to go out of their way to assist us. Beautiful garden area to relax in with pool and place for kids to play different sports and run around. Lovely breakfast provided by host on outside patio. All the necessary accommodations for a family. Memorable stay!

Lovely family, information missing from listing

The hosting family (parents and kids) were lovely, very communicative, and offered us coffee/etc. to chat which was very kind. However, future guests should be aware that this rental is not fully for guests- you will actually be in two bedrooms in the basement of this family's house while they are also living there, and the gorgeous pool and patio in the pictures is in front of their living room. The listing even says "rooms open to patios", and this could not be further from the case. We were hoping for a sunny, quiet, private weekend just outside of town, and nothing in the listing indicates that this is a shared house (which could be completely fine for some folks, just isn't what we were looking for!). Also, there was food in the bathroom trash can that was not taken out and there were two cockroaches around it, which I'm sure was just an oversight, but didn't make us feel any better about being in a dark basement unexpectedly. The neighborhood was quiet, only 10-minutes drive from Aix, beds were comfy and shower hot, and again the owners were so so kind if you're looking to hang out with a local family that would be great, but this listing should be updated to include the fact that it is a basement of a shared space.

Bonjour Madame, Vous ne ne trouverez pas en Provence 2 chambres avec une piscine privé et un jardin au tarif que vous avez payé ! Nous vous avons indiqué que vous pouviez profiter de la piscine et du jardin si vous le souhaitiez et nous ne restons pas sur place dans ces cas là. Nous sommes étonnés de votre commentaire puisque vous nous avez indiqué en partant que la maison était très bien et que vous étiez ravis. Concernant la nourriture dans la poubelle, il s’agissait de la nourriture que vous aviez laissé. Nous sommes en provence et il peut y avoir des insectes sûrement pas de cafards ! Il aurait été préférable de venir nous voir et nous dire ce qui n’allait pas plutôt que de nous dire que vous étiez contents et laisser un tel commentaire. Sachez enfin que le ménage est effectué par une société de ménage et que nous vérifions toujours la propreté des lieux avant l’arrivée des locataires.

Nous avons adoré. L’emplacement est idéal à proximité bien sur du centre d’Aix mais aussi de Marseille et du Luberon. Le logement est grand, propre et très confortable. Jardin magnifique, et piscine chauffée et table de tennis de table. Nous avons eu l’accès à l’ensemble des services proposés.Les propriétaires sont adorables, serviables et toujours disponibles pour conseiller et agrémenter le séjour.Bravo et merci.Je recommande.

Nous avons eu le plaisir d’accueillir cette adorable famille pour leur séjour. Tout s’est parfaitement bien passé. Très sympathiques, respectueux des lieux et faciles à contacter, ils ont pris grand soin du logement tout au long de leur passage. La maison a été laissée propre et en excellent état. Nous les recommandons sans hésitation à tous les hôtes et serions ravis de les recevoir de nouveau !

Bonjour, Nous avons sejourné la nuit du samedi 28 septembre 2024. Les hôtes ont été très accueillants, et nous avons tres bien dormi. Nous recommandons ce lieu pour une nuit et même pour un long sejour, car il y a un grand exterieur et plusieurs espaces de jeux. Les enfants se sont bien amusés car ils ont joué avec des jeux prêtés par les propriétaires. Nous reviendrons sans hésiitation si nous revenons dans la région!
