I invite you to a peaceful place which will allow you to relax in an enclosed garden of 5000 m2, take advantage of the gradually sloping 8x4 swimming pool to play with children, a large terrace of 30 m2 to eat in a convivial setting around a barbecue, games for children with trampoline, table tennis table and swing.
The house is completely renovated with modern equipment such as an induction hob, air conditioning and a large bathroom.
The house is on one level with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.
Nearby, you have buses every 10 minutes to the center of Aix, Marseille, to the Milles area and Eurocopter. The central bus station is 1km away.
The motorway access is also close to radiate throughout the region.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, um die Provence zu erkunden. Man ist sehr schnell auf der Autobahn und erreicht viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in unter 1 Stunde.Gastgeber Jérôme, der die obere Etage des Hauses bewohnt, ist sehr freundlich und versorgte uns gerne mit guten Ideen, was wir tun oder ansehen könnten. Das Gemüse aus dem Garten, mit dem er uns fast täglicj versorgte, war toll.Der Garten ist groß und bietet alle Möglichkeiten. Der Pool war Dank der Bäume ab dem späten Nachmittag bereits im Schatten und lud zu einer Abkühlung ein, worüber sich Kinder und Erwachsene gefreut haben.Die mobile Tischtennisplatte konnte man immer in einen schattigen Bereich rollen und wurde reichlich genutzt ebenso wie der Gasgrill.Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Beschreibung des Vermieters passt. Die Bilder geben die Wohnung wieder, sind allerdings nicht neu. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns viele gute Tips und Informationen für Besuche im Umkreis gegeben.Das Schwimmbad haben wir nicht genutzt, da das Wetter im Besuchszeitraum noch nicht warm genug war. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Man ist in fünf Minuten auf der Autobahn und kann in alle vier Himmelsrichtungen fahren. Für den Besuch der Innenstadt bieten sich mehrere Buslinien an. Die Buslinie Nr 5 startet in 300 m Entfernung. Die Fahrten sind sehr preiswert. Eine gute Bäckerei ist fussläufig erreichbar. Wir möchten uns bei Jerome für den tollen Aufenthalt bedanken. Es war eine tolle Zeit.

Lage ist perfekt! Die Gastgeberfamilie sehr freundlich, viele tolle Tipps, die tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten sind fantastisch. Der Pool besonders für die kinder das Highlight :-) Wir kommen gerne mal wieder. Vieleb Dank!

Erholung pur

Wir (Großeltern, Eltern und zwei Kinder im Alter von 4 und 7 Jahren) haben drei erholsame Sommerwochen bei Jérôme verbracht. Das Haus ist hinreichend mit Geschirr, Besteck und Küchengeräten ausgestattet, verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, eine Mikrowelle und einen Gasgrill auf der Terrasse. Wir haben Jérôme als einen sehr gastfreundlichen, immer ansprechbaren und hilfsbereiten Vermieter erlebt, der uns stets mit Freizeittips und touristischen Empfehlungen versorgt hat. Der beheizte Pool und das große Grundstück standen uns allein zur Verfügung.

Quartier calme et centre-ville facilement accessible en bus . Vu la météo, la piscine n’etait pas praticable, mais personne n’y peut rien Les transats du jardin ont été très appréciés

Très agréable séjour

Accueil sympathique et très bien organisé par l'hôte. Logement propre, fonctionnel, très bien équipé et agréable avec un environnement étendu de verdure alors que la ville est toute proche, avec toutes ses commodités. Je recommande vivement.

Très agréable pour découvrir Aix et sa région

Le logement est très agréable avec belle terrasse et immense jardin avec piscine, plein sud. Il est parfait pour 4 personnes. Le centre d'Aix est à 20 mn à pied et les commerces à côté. Le propriétaire habite sur place et est très serviable. La piscine était encore trop fraîche pour la saison mais le grand jardin offrait plein de possibilités. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille.

Semaine provençale

La location , très agréable, est située à la porte d'Aix et , cependant ,on se sent un peu "à la campagne", l'espace intérieur est clair , bien équipé , et , s'il nous manque quoi que ce soit , Jérôme , le propriétaire , est à notre écoute ! La piscine est très appréciable pour une pause fraîcheur et détente ....

Séjour très agréable.

Maison agréable très bien située et disposant de tout le confort nécessaire dont une piscine. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Le séjour a été très apprécié.
