It was on the beach and very clean. It was exactly as described in the ad. It was big and spacious with all the ammenities you could ever need. The Ocean was withing 200 yards of the house with your own access. There was plenty of wild life to be seen. Definitlywill be staying here again soon.

Our family of 5 our little beagle had the most amazing week at this beautiful oceanfront house. Everything was provided and some. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and the open kitchen/living room area was so inviting and comfortable with tons of natural light coming from the sliding doors. We cooked in most nights and had everything we needed available and so enjoyed the use of the massive kitchen island! Being just steps to the beach was so convenient as we went every day and being able to take our dog for walks in the evening was wonderful. Cannot say enough good things about our stay as this was our first family vacation to Cocoa Beach, and we hope to be back next year!

This was such a great beach house! I appreciated how clean this home was. I travel with my small dog and always stay at pet friendly homes, but sometimes pet friendly accommodations have old furniture or smell a little. This house was VERY clean and smelled great with thoughtful decor. The check-in process is super smooth and the hosts responded instantly when I had a question. The layout of the kitchen and the living room is perfect for entertaining and the outdoor space was great, with private beach access, an outdoor shower and plenty of beach accessories to use. Chairs, boogie boards, tons of towels. All three bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom which is extremely convenient! The primary suite has a lovely outdoor shower and a direct water view for sunrise. Kitchen had every appliance and cooking utensil imaginable. Loved that coffee, filters and paper towel etc were all stocked and even a large laundry room. Truly a gem and we felt right at home. All you need to bring is yourself. The location is also perfect. We are surfers and there was a small break right out back. We also don’t like to drive on vacation. The house is perfect walking distance to the smaller beach restaurant area. It’s quieter and more laid back. Highly recommend Dirty Bird Tiki, (great food, drinks, live music) Nice 15 minute stroll with sidewalks makes it great for dogs or kids. We travel to Cocoa often and will definitely be back! Thank you.
