Wonderful Family Trip!!!

What a wonderful place to spend a vacation with family! The house is spectacular and the location is perfect - right on the beach but far away from most other beach goers. It felt like we were on our own island! Our host was responsive and available before, during and after the trip, but we didn’t need much because they thought of everything beforehand and the house had everything we needed and more!! 10/10 would recommend and stay here again.

Jacqueline is an amazing host and the home is absolutely beautiful. Definitely the cleanest and most accommodating place we have ever stayed. Location, Location, Location!!

We had such a fabulous week at this gorgeous property! Not only is the inside of the home beautifully decorated and appointed, but it is literally steps to the beach. The location is perfect! Very private and secluded on the most beautiful stretch of Cocoa Beach. We would recommend this luxurious beach front property and would love to return again soon!

Dream Vacation

We loved our stay! The property is immaculate. We all felt so comfortable in such an obviously clean environment. Decor was perfect. Views breathtaking. We enjoyed the privacy on this area of beach. I loved the kitchen especially the Breville so I could really enjoy that glorious sunrise with my morning coffee. Thank you!

A place to make memories at

Our stay was just amazing . The place is great for a family to get together , enjoy the gorgeous beach with the pounding waves day and night . The host fulfills that definition extremely well : always checking on us making sure that all is good . The house is fully equipped and very convenient whether you want to cook , or just enjoy the scenery. At the end of the day the question is : would you think of coming back ? And undoubtedly the answer is yes.

The house and location were simply AWESOME. We were right on the beach - walk down a pathway.

Everything was immaculate inside and out. Great amenities - 4K TVs in each room. The living room has an 85” 4K TV. Plenty of games, boogie boards, towels, kitchen plates and cooking utensils. This is well worth doing. Jacqueline and Paul are very gracious warm people. Simply come here!

Perfect family getaway with toddlers, tween, and grandparents

This house was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and a literal paradise. We have been waiting so long to go to the beach with our 16 month old twin toddlers. This property made it so easy to take one twin up for a nap while the other stayed on the beach to play. Our 11 year old had so much fun. He was able to be free without a care in the world. The owner had everything we needed - 2 cribs, 2 high chairs, toys for our tween, kids dishes, kids cups, beach toys, chairs, etc.The pictures do not do justice to what a relaxing paradise this house was. The only only slight critique that would have made the trip a little more comfortable was the temperature of the house. It was a bit hot. However, once we started running all of the fans they had in the house, it was perfect! There were plenty of ceiling fans and baseless fans for each of the rooms. I couldn’t recommend this property more. And I wish we would have booked for 2-3 more days!

Family Florida Coast New Year 2023!

This was the perfect home and beach setting for our family of seven to spend 5 days together! Our entire family has spent ALOT of travel time in rental homes and truly this one was one of the most magnificent. With its lovely layout, spacious bedrooms, kitchen and living areas all seven of us had an amazing time. Sunrise and sunset views were out of this world! The beach access is perfect (basically had beach to ourselves!) and the need for renters to leave the home doesn’t exist! The property is located just a short, easy drive south of town and is super private and safe. The only downfall was some obvious wear and tear from previous renters….to include leaving the owners a very untidy activity shed. We ended up having to do some cleaning to get to some of the items for beach use….and the plunge pool needed to be properly managed and maintained. The interior was uber tidy and clean but the exterior living and gathering spaces needed a bit of TLC.

Perfect family getaway

From the moment we set eyes on this beachfront property to the time we have to depart … everything was just perfect! Jacqueline, our host was very professional and gracious. She responded to all our questions at any time of day. She genuinely cared. We are a family of eight adults and one infant. The house accommodated all of us comfortably and more. The house is cleaned. It is fully stocked with whatever you may need . It is tastefully decorated with comfort and style. Every pictures you see on the website is exactly as shown and more. We were blessed with great summer weather in mid November. The beach was just steps away. The water was warm and inviting. We were all surprised how warm the water was as compared to some of the beaches in our West coast. We all wished we could stay longer! It was a great decision to come to this property after our trip to Disney. The magic and wonders never end!!!
