Three bedrooms, one bathroom, great family-friendly property, fully fenced yard to keep the pets in (being a pet-friendly property), also private pool. This property is a duplex style property. I've listed it as townhouses; that was the only option in the drop-downs but it's a duplex, one of only two. I think it's important just to let people know that it is a duplex. The pool for this property is fully private and for exclusive use of these guests.

This property is a little bit older style property but is neat and well looked after in good condition. It's not a luxury property; you'd probably call it standard. We don't want to oversell it but then we still want it to sound nice and enticing for guests to book.

I think this property will do really well because it's three bedrooms, pet friendly, has a private pool, is close to the beach and cafes, and will be at a price point that will be affordable for families.

This property's in a good location in Coffs Harbour, close to the jetty and marina precinct as well as close to Coffs Creek, which has great swimming and water activities like kayaking, supping, and fishing. It's also close to Park Beach, which is Coffs Harbour's only year-round patrolled beach, and also North Wall Beach, which is a dog-friendly beach. Great considering this is a pet-friendly property. It's a very short drive or a brisk walk through to the marina and dining precinct. It's also close to Park Beach Surf Club Cafe as well as a number of other cafes. Coffs Coast Wildlife Sanctuary is only a short walk from this property.
