Floreat is a luxurious four bedroom Sawtell home, perfect for the family getaway and virtually beachside. You will love the location - being only metres to Sawtell's Beach access and a short stroll to the heart of Sawtell, which has Award Winning Restaurants, cafes, fresh produce stores, gift shops, and relaxing village atmosphere. Come holiday with the family to your home away from home!

With two ducted air conditioned living areas (upstairs and downstairs), including two large LCD TV's. If you are ready for a Barbeque, you can enjoy the undercover outdoor entertainment area with large outdoor dining setting and fully fenced, grassed backyard, perfect for the children to play.
Upstairs features the large master bedroom with ensuite, a large bathroom with a bath and separate shower to accommodate for the two nearby bedrooms.
Downstairs there is a convenient toilet and shower off the laundry. The downstairs bedroom, although small, is ideal for the grandparents, teenagers or the extra friends you want to bring along. We also have a portable cot and high chair available for the youngest members of the family.
If you are travelling through, we have a double lock up garage with an additional side access to a fenced back yard for your boat or trailer. We are sure you will definitely love what Floreat has to offer. It is a perfect holiday place to relax and unwind.

Linen and bath towels provided, feel free to bring your own beach towels and own linen for the portable cot.
Bedding arrangement: 3 Queen Beds and 2 Single Beds to sleep up to 8 guests.

Please note this is a two storey home and there are stairs to the second level. However there is a small queen bedroom downstairs with basic toilet and shower off the laundry nearby. Free, wireless internet is provided. Double lock-up garage with internal access.

Floreat is a non-smoking holiday property. Pets are allowed at the owner's discretion, please contact us if you wish to bring a pet. A 100 pet fee applies and agreement to our pet policy. Guests must advise of any pets at the time of booking. Please refer to our full terms and conditions prior to booking.

Reviewer Comments: Very generous sized house, however the bedroom downstairs which is great for in-laws because they don’t have to climb the stairs had the queen bed against the wall which isn’t ideal for the older person.The property was clean and well equipped with plenty of board games and books. Was nice and close to beach and restaurants but also a main road which produced more traffic noise than I care for on holidays.As a bigger footed person I found the small sized treads on the stairs bothersome. Also felt like someone was trying to break into the house while we were out with garbage bins being moved and codes scrambled on the key box.

It was wonderful. The house was great. Other than being told that there was no cot or high chair when in fact there was. Everything was as it should be. We were walking distance to the beach and the Main Street..

The property was clean and well maintained. However, there were only 9 toilet rolls to last a group of 7 for the 5 days and 4 nights. There was also only enough laundry detergent to last two loads. Besides that have already referred family and friends to this property. A shame that we can’t book this property in advance for the same event next year. A minimum of a week is a bit of an ask, especially when we were only here for a sporting event that lasts for 3 days only.
