This was the perfect place for our family of six to stay for a relaxing, long summer weekend. The location was very quiet and serene, and had gorgeous views of the water. Cottage was beautiful - clean, open, and well-designed. Easy communication with the host who had helpful suggestions for what to do in Chestertown. Exactly what we were hoping for, and we can't wait to come back!

This house is magazine worthy beautiful with the open great room facing the water but also extremely cozy and comfortable. Every space is thoughtfully useful and outfitted. The kitchen and laundry room have everything you’ll need.Some fun amenities were corn hole, the outdoor shower and of course the hot tub.Can’t wait to stay again!

Our four day stay at the Cottage at Lovely Lane was wonderful from start to finish. The house itself is architecturally interesting and beautifully decorated, Windows throughout provide great light and provide you with the experience of being immersed in the surrounding nature. The centerpiece of the living room is a stunning wooden spiral staircase. The house immediately overlooks Langford Creek which at that point more resembles a wide calm river that reflects the changing light of the day. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming and ready to help in any way. It couldn't have been more perfect. Stated simply--we loved it.

Our family of four adults thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautifully furnished home. The waterfront location is quiet and serene—it felt like a retreat. We loved the sunrises, sunsets and birdwatching. We also enjoyed exploring Chestertown. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was all high quality & brand new. Very clean and comfortable. It’s a top notch stay—we highly recommend. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!
