Thank you Sheila. I wish I had an opportunity to meet you. Maybe next time. Thank you for leaving the cabin so clean. I understand that you caught a nice Pike. Congrats.
We stayed for a week as a family of three and had an amazing time. The location of the place is ideal. You have sandy beach at your steps and its surrounded by beautiful nature. Its also very close to the town of Gravenhurst with many stores if anything if forgotten. Host was very fast at responding and he made sure our place was stocked up with all we needed such as water, and cooking necessities. We will definitely return

Truly a gorgeous little slice of heaven. Beautifully landscaped, adorable little two bed (new mattresses & comfortable!) one bath bunkie right on Lake Muskoka with a private beach outfitted with kayaks & paddle boat. The owner was extremely accommodating, responding to our every need. Be sure to take the boat cruise on the Wenonah II out of Gravenhurst. Can’t wait to come back again!

Thank you for the kind review. I would love to have you back anytime. Safe travels.
My daughter and I spent a lovely 5 nights at Dan’s cabin. It was perfect for us. Being late in the season, it was very peaceful. We enjoyed early morning coffee by the waterfront, listening to the birds and watching the mist rise off the water. (If you are a bird watcher, we recorded over 35 species of birds). Beds were comfortable - we liked having 2 bedrooms. Bathroom facilities were fine. A short 10 minute drive and you will be in Gravenhurst with all its attractions. Strolling the waterfront in Gravenhurst is lovely as are the waterfront restaurants. Visiting ‘Bear Wear’ casual clothing store was worthwhile. A hike at nearby Hardy Provincial Park was a highlight as was hiking at the Tree Museum. Fall colours were stunningly beautiful. Dan was there when we arrived to show us around. He was easy to contact, pleasant and amenable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.
This was a great location !Location location location!! Beautiful lake with beach and dock. The kitchen was always bustling and had everything - absolutely everything we needed for a large group. Lots of space !Double fridge- two ovens! Cutlery, plates glasses! Beds are comfy and it fit our large group very wellHost took the time to give a grand tour!! We were able to use the water toys, have camo fires and more!! What a wonderful and generous host to share his home. This was perfect for our children aged 11 and over and for our young adult children who turned into kids again for a weekend.Thank you again for the amazing family memories!! We will be back!!
