Very clean house with all the necessary amenities. The host was very responsive and helpful. It’s ideal for families who want to enjoy Sandbanks Beach without sacrificing the comfort of home. I highly recommend this place!

Overall the house is fairly nice but I find the house was not very clean given the fact they charge 120 for a cleaning fee. I feel as though this fee is being collected and not being used as advertised.

We enjoyed the house but a few things could be better. There was no kleenex, no wash/face clothes. Had Keureg, no pods. We had master suite so mattress was good, but our friends complained about poor (foam) mattress and squeeky beds. The grass was not cut so appeared sbaggy for the neighbourhood. They should now have their own personal religious prefernce in plain view(budda). Not professional. Make it nuetral to not offend anyone. I would not recommend this property to my friends. Thankyou.
