Renter Beware!This property was clearly not ready for rental. Photos of it are not representative of the property. There were multiple safety issues in addition to basic household issues. We were unable to stay there. Here Is a sneak peek at some of the problems. Safety issues: Unsecured railings at balcony of the 2nd-story deck and stairway. No screens, no window coverings, unsecured toilet seat lid, mouse traps. Expired smoke alarms, no carbon monoxide detectors Installed. Cleaning: Laundry left in washer, expired food in the fridge, pan full of water frozen in freezer. 2 large dead plants in house.Comfort: Ceiling fans inoperable, one floor fan so noisy not usable, no mattress pads on beds,And it gets worse. This property has no functional cooling system as advertised. Extreme disappointment.
