This apartment is part of a two-unit property. It’s the first one we’ve completed, following its purchase right in the middle of the COVID pandemic.
We completely renovated everything! The decor is modern, and the apartment offers all the necessary comforts! Located on the ground floor, it features two bedrooms—one with a TV—a living room that opens onto a balcony and includes a TV, a sofa, a bathroom with a shower and a wall-mounted toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic cooktop and a dishwasher, and on the ground floor at the foot of the apartment, a 20-square-meter terrace with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue. The terrace is quiet, shielded from outside view, and separated from the street by a gate for added peace and security for children or dogs!
In fact, our accommodation welcomes families with pets, as they too can come on holiday to Berck, which allows access to a section of the beach
When staying with us, you can bring your own bed linens, towels, and tea towels, or we can provide them as an optional service, just like the end-of-stay cleaning, which can be handled by us if guests prefer not to do it themselves!
Bedding option: €30/stay
Full option (bedding, towels, tea towels): €45/stay
End-of-stay cleaning option: €50
We provide comforters and pillows. To ensure good hygiene, we provide individually wrapped disposable paper mattress protectors for each bed.
You’ll be greeted with a little surprise: tea bags, coffee sticks, sugar, and a blue parking disc to keep!
An individual bar of soap, shampoo/shower gel packets, and toilet paper will keep you going until your first resupply!
High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
To ensure that everyone respects the property, we’ll ask for a €500 security deposit to cover the property and a separate €50 cleaning fee if you don’t choose the cleaning option
The full amount will be refunded after the final inspection if no damage is found and the cleaning has been done properly.
