Cuttaway Cottage in Woodlands offers boutique farm-stay accommodation – sleeping 6x people comfortably - perfect for groups of friends, couples or families seeking a rural retreat. Situated in the heart of The NSW Highlands on a 25 acre property - only minutes to Berrma and Bowral. The Cottage is stylish and spacious, beautifully appointed with a mix of antique furnishings, in-door fireplace, cosy rooms and rural vistas from every room. A great base to explore - visit local vineyards like Bendooley Estate, attend concerts at Centennial Vineyard, listen to live music at Artemis Wines or simply relax in the garden by the pool. Our three friendly donkeys – Bella, Fancy and Rosie and our paddock ponies - Possum and Princess will be your neighbours for your stay. They are very social and love a chat and snacks! Cuttaway Cottage is family and pet friendly – small dogs are always welcome.

Please gather used bath, pool and tea towels and place them in the laundry sink.
Empty rubbish bins in the kitchen and place in the respective rubbish/recycling bins in the carport.
Please put all dirty crockery/cutlery/glassware in dishwasher, run cycle and put items away in cupboards PRIOR to leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be mindful of muddy or dirty shoes and boots on a rural property. Please remove and store in the entry hall and rinse muddy pet paws.
No parties without prior permission. Additional cleaning fees will be charged. Guests may be asked to vacate the property immediately if this occurs.
Pet owners must collect + dispose of waste. Accidents in the house will incur additional cleaning fees. Keep dogs on a leash in pony/donkey paddocks.

The Southern Highlands of NSW offers the perfect combination of beautiful country space and beauty and also has amazing restaurants with farm to fork offerings, fabulous shopping, antique stores galore, vineyards and art galleries.

The area is idyllic for families, there are four distinct seasons, access to amazing equestrian facilities and yet we are only a short drive from Sydney.

What makes this property unique

Cuttaway Cottage offers the perfect combination of a remote and rural farm stay but is close to all the restaurants, vineyards, concerts, antique stores of Bowral and the main towns of the area. It's family and pet friendly and one of the few places with a full-size pool.
