Today, it has been thoughtfully restored with modern comforts while preserving the character that makes it one of the most unique places to stay on the property.
Wake slowly. Wander down to the water with your coffee. Spend the afternoon paddling the river, reading on the beach, or soaking in the hot tub on the deck. As evening settles in, gather around the fire table and watch the stars emerge overhead.
The Lodge is a private one-bedroom log cabin featuring two queen beds, a full kitchen, modern bathroom, comfortable living area, and spacious outdoor deck. Guests also enjoy access to Bridgewater Resort's sandy riverfront beach, complimentary kayaks and canoes, and seasonal riverside dining at our summer pop-up restaurant.

Surrounded by forests, waterways, and small-town charm, the resort offers a peaceful escape while remaining a short drive from local shops, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and outdoor attractions throughout Hastings County.
Guests can spend their days paddling the river, relaxing on the sandy beach, exploring the surrounding area, or simply enjoying the views from their private deck.
