Wake up to the Trent River right outside your window. Rose Glen is a private, two-level riverfront home in Quinte West with a seasonal dock, a sun-filled sunroom, and great fishing. A relaxed escape built for slow mornings, fishing, paddling, and reconnecting with the people you came with. Perfect for couples' getaways, small families, anglers, and remote-work weeks (high-speed Wi-Fi reaches throughout the home).

THE HOME
The main floor has a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a large island for shared meals, and a bright sunroom overlooking the landscape — the spot for morning coffee.

You'll find dining seating in both the living room and the sunroom, plus a full bathroom on this level. Upstairs are two bedrooms, both with new Douglas mattresses. The primary bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom sits beside the loft. The skylit loft makes a bright second living space and an easy place to work or unwind. A laundry area is available for guest use.

THE WATERFRONT & THE AREA
The backyard opens directly onto the Trent River with a seasonal dock and space to settle in by the water. Fish right off the property, launch a boat from the private launch nearby (approx. $5 per launch), or head out on the ATV and recreation trails close by. Wildlife — birds, turtles, beavers and more — is a regular part of the view.

In winter, nearby skiing and snowy outdoor adventures are minutes away. A convenience store
is a 2–4 minute walk, and Uber Eats delivers from local towns with 20+ options.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full, private use of the main house — living room, kitchen, sunroom, bedrooms, loft, and bathrooms — plus the backyard, dock, and outdoor seating. The basement is not accessible to guests.
