Beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath condominium The condo is situated overlooking the 13th hole on Bald Head Island golf course. The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bathroom, and the guest bedroom has two twin beds with a full size bathroom located in hall off from the second bedroom.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops and custom furnishings to accommodate your every need.
Enjoy the evening with the family in the spacious living room watching tv or open the sliding glass door to enjoy an evening breeze on one of the balconies.
THE Condo comes Equipped with everything you need to enjoy the island!
* Golf cart (4 passenger) comes with the accommodations
* Beach chairs, beach umbrellas and children’s boogie boards and sand toys
* Bikes - 4 adult bikes and 2 children bikes
* Pool - Royal James community Pool
Royal James also has a *community pool, which is conveniently located right across from the condo unit. The pool area has a neighborhood charcoal grill and picnic area. The condo is centrally located on the island and is less than a 5 minute *golf cart ride to the beach, the Bald Head Island marina, restaurants and access to many outdoor activities.
The Bald Head Island Club with golf is available at an additional charge through the BHI Club. www.bhiclub.net. Please review the 2022 Guest Member rules and and cost.

I moved to this beautiful Island in March of 2020. I lived in Charleston South Carolina and came to visit Bald Head in November of 2019 and from the first time I arrived here I never wanted to leave.
Why they chose this property
You will love the completely remodeled condo , the kitchen has state of the art appliances and the space has designer touches throughout. The back deck comes off the living room and master bedroom suite and over looks the 9th hole. It is conveniently located across from the pool area.
