Beautiful Waterfront Cottage

The Star Cottage is located on the waterfront in the Bald Head Island Marina with water views as well as sunset views. You are within walking distance to Jule’s and Dephina's Restaurants. The cottage comes with local digital TV as well as wireless internet and Netflix. A four passenger golf cart is included. We can provide a temporary membership to the BHI Club for an additional charge if you are interested. Being located in the harbor, you are on the water and across the street is the dock to the Bald Head Island Creek, where you can kayak and paddleboard. Sailing is available in the marina. Look forward to meeting you!

It is a lovely property with excellent marina location and views.Although it was averagely clean, there was dust on baseboards, fixtures, etc.Plus, the wood blind that covered the door was damaged. Several of the slats had portions cut out.I had to put a towel over the door for privacy.Was told it had been this way for almost a year. Not sure why it hadn’t been replaced as that is a cheap fix…… especially as pricey as the rental was.

The host is friendly and very responsive. We easily located the cottage and had no trouble checking in. The cozy space had everything we need and abutted the marina. The golf cart was perfect for touring the island and the location of this quant home was exactly what we were looking for. There are restaurants, shops and kayaks to rent all in walking distance.
