Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Suite 2 is located at the end of the hallway on the right and features a Queen-sized Bed, Twin-sized Sofa Sleeper, 50-inch TCL by Roku Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet with access to the back patio. Private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and sink. Casita Suite 3 is located in the courtyard and features a Queen-sized Bed, 42-inch TCL by Roku Smart television, and a reach-in closet. Private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a sink.

Bedroom 4 is located across from Suite 2 and features a Queen-sized Bed, Twin-sized Sofa Sleeper, 42-inch TCL by Roku Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet.
