Designed and priced for quiet enjoyment groups. This is not a party house.

Property has a shed/storage at the rear that is private and fenced off. We may occasionally need to access the shed/storage.
Parking capacity is about 4-6 vehicles up driveway.
Parking is available on the street, but it is a private cul-de-sac that has limited capacity.
No pets without prior arrangement, no parties, no extra guests. Cameras operating over all entrances.
