It is located on the ground floor with lift in a residence with direct access to the beach of Amourette, north of Saint Cyprien, close to the golf course, shops and the famous market of Place Rodin.
A beautiful walk along the from the rental allows you to reach the port, its restaurants and its entertainment.
Shops and restaurants nearby (5/10 minutes walk).

Very good location to explore the region: close to Spain (35mn) but also to Collioure (15mn), Argeles (10mn), Canet en Roussillon (5mn).

The apartment includes:
- a living room with open kitchen with gas hob, fridge/small freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, mini oven, standard coffee maker and all the necessary crockery.
- a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe and in the entrance, a single trundle bed convertible into a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room.
- a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet
- a very pleasant loggia with table and chairs to have a meal while admiring the sea.

Pillows, duvets and blankets are available.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.
You have the possibility to rent sheets as an option and on request.

Departure cleaning is included.

Please note:
In July and August, rentals are by the week only.
