You will have access to the large private swimming pool (25*12 m, depth 120-220 cm) and a children's pool. The swimming pool is supervised and access to the swimming pool is free (open from June 15 to September 15). 50 metres without leaving the residence, you have direct access to the southern beach of Saint Cyprien through a gate from the park of the residence. 200m away is the beach of Bocal du Tech. The residence also benefits from a landscaped park.<br>The accommodation<br>The accommodation is certified 3 stars *** by the official classification of tourist accommodation. East facing (rising sun), on the 2nd floor with lift overlooking a breathtaking sea view with a terrace equipped with a table and 4 chairs. The beach is 50 metres away. The living room has a sofa bed, a flat screen TV and an internet box with wifi. The kitchen is composed of a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, 2 coffee makers (filter and espresso), kettle, toaster, oven, plenty of storage space and all the necessary crockery. The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, vanity unit with illuminated mirror, toilet. You have at your disposal a hair dryer, a drying rack, ironing board and iron, and a washing machine. In the bedroom, you have a 140 x 190 bed, a storage unit and 4 pillows and 2 duvets (winter). During your stay, you will benefit from a private and secure parking space.<br>Services such as cleaning, bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price.<br>Close to all amenities, you can enjoy a supermarket and a restaurant next to the residence. You will find all the shops: supermarket, bakery, takeaway, pharmacy and medical centre in Les Capellans 2 km away. Bus stop and shuttle bus near the residence as well as a cycle path. Aqualand is a 10-minute walk away. Perpignan is 17 kms away, Argelès sur mer is 11 kms away, Spanish border is 30 km away, Perpignan Rivesaltes airport is 25 km away, Elne train station is 8 km away and Collioure is a 15-minute drive away. Le Barcarès and its famous Christmas market can be reached in 30 minutes.<br><br>Reservations are only made by the week, from Saturday to Saturday, in high season.
