Beautiful Apartment with a stunning view

We were very excited about this beautiful apartment with the wonderful sea view. The description fits perfectly. Beautiful and newly renovated with the best balcony and view. Sunrise included if you have breakfast outside. Yannick and Alexandra are super helpful, nice and get back to you immediately if you have any questions. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, le logement correspondait à nos attentes et à l’annonce.Le seul point négatif du logement était la propreté de la salle de bain qui laisse à désirer ( traces dans le wc, poils et cheveux dans la douche et le lavabo..) sinon le reste du logement était propre et rangé.

Aucun accueil à notre arrivée.Aucune climatisation alors que nous étions en période canicule, pas de store ni parasol pour profiter de la terrasse située plein est dès le lever du jour.Heureusement, il y avait la piscine et la mer à proximité.

Leider sprach in der Agentur niemand englisch, obwohl es in der Beschreibung angegeben war. Der check in lief nicht reibungslos ab, die Agentur verspätete sich ohne Entschuldigung. Das Apartment war nicht sauber, es lagen sogar noch Essenreste im Kühlschrank. Der Eigentümer wurde nicht über die Umstände informiert. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier gab es keine Probleme mit dem Kommunikation. Die Anlage liegt leider nicht sehr zebtral zu den Restaurants. Man ist hier auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen. Für Kinder ist wenig geboten.

Séjour agréable

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Le propriétaire est très gentil et disponible. L'appartement était exactement comme il est décrit dans l'annonce. Aucune mauvaise surprise. Tout est neuf et propre à l’intérieur. Et la vue sur la mer juste magnifique. La résidence est sympa, bien située, il suffit de la longer et on est sur la plage. La piscine est propre et fort agréable surtout en fin d'après midi après la plage. Conclusion: nous serons ravis de louer à nouveau cet appartement. Merci à Yannick et Alexandra Rachel et David (les toulousains)

Excellent sejour

Un appartement tres bien rénové et entièrement équipé, au calme et idéalement placé pour découvrir la région. Nous avons apprécié les petits gestes à notre arrivée, ainsi que de trouver le nécessaire pour commencer le séjour comme du liquide vaisselle, du sucre, des éponges, du sel, etc.. Nous avons apprécié la communication avec le propriétaire soucieux de notre bien-être au debut et la fin du séjour. Un climatiseur pour les périodes estivales serait en plus bien que cela ne nous a pas du tout dérangé pour un séjour en plein mois de mai. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet établissement.

Vacances a St-Cyprien

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de cet appartement. L’emplacement est tout d’abord idéal, face a la mer. Il suffit de descendre les escaliers et marcher quelques pour se retrouver sur la plage. La piscine de la résidence est également bien agencée et pratique pour les enfants. L’appartement est quant a lui refait a neuf et très bien équipé. Suffisamment spacieux pour une famille de 4 personnes. La résidence est très calme. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et gardent le contact en cas de besoin. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Hermosa propiedad, pero gran fallo de VRBO

Esta fue una propiedad recientemente renovada y estaba muy bien amueblada y decorada. La ubicación, justo en la playa, era maravillosa. Yannick fue muy hospitalario y amable en su comunicación, y se acercó a mí varias veces antes, durante y después de nuestro viaje solo para ver cómo iban las cosas. También dejó algunas galletas francesas en la casa, lo cual fue maravilloso. Hubo dos cosas que no salieron bien. Primero, aunque le dije al conserje (quien coordinó nuestro check-in y check-out) que no hablo francés (solo inglés, español e italiano), ella constantemente me escribía mensajes en francés y en un momento me dijo que simplemente podía traducirlos si no entendí. No estoy seguro de que esta sea la mejor propiedad si no hablas francés. El segundo problema fue que la descripción de la propiedad en el VRBO español era muy diferente a la versión francesa. Nos sorprendió desagradablemente que: a. ropa de cama y toallas estaban disponibles a un costo adicional muy caro. b. la piscina no estaba disponible. C. hubo un cargo adicional de 50 € por limpiar la propiedad cuando nos fuimos. Debido a que el propietario estaba haciendo referencia al sitio en francés donde estos detalles eran claros, y debido a que yo estaba mirando el sitio web en español que no mencionaba ninguna de estas cosas, la situación era confusa y frustrante para ambos. Sin embargo, el propietario fue bastante rígido- no me ayudó y me dijo que tendría que coordinar con VRBO para buscar una solución.
