Fantastic location in Paris

The property is stylish, small, well designed with daily cleaning. The street is quiet in a very vibrant neighborhood. It comes with many helpful amenities like shampoo, soaps, snacks, a well appointed kitchen. (But being Paris, you’ll probably not be cooking).

The apartment, as all apartments in central Paris, is compact but provides ample storage space in clever ways. The VRBO pictures accurately depict the unit. The location is central to all parts of Paris, by Metro or on foot. The Highstay representatives were helpful in arranging a driver to pick us up from the airport. They also arranged a wonderful day trip for us to Chartres including the selection of a superb restaurant. When there was an issue with the washer, a technician was sent out to fix it -- it would have been helpful to have English instructions for the washer. We would stay here again happily.

Nice apartment in central location

We stayed here in August and enjoyed the apartment and location. The daily housekeeping was nice as was the air conditioning during the heat wave. Would definitely consider returning when we are in Paris next.

Perfect Parisien Pied à Terre

Great modernized (digital keys) apartment in a traditional building. One easy flight up; there’s a small elevator for your bags. Meticulously clean with daily housekeeping included. Noise level is minimal as the windows are excellent quality, street is relatively quiet. Other rentals (above and to the side) are also quiet when adults stayed, but noisy jumping children did impact us for a couple of days. Very comfortable king bed (true king not twins pushed together) with bedroom located on the inside (facing interior courtyard) plus blackout curtains so we slept soundly. Toilet (plus small sink) is separate from the shower (plus sink) — both are compact but the shower pressure is excellent. Comfortable sofa (turns into bed we didn’t use) with Netflix and Amazon Prime preloaded on the TV. Good size dining table that you can eat at and still keep computer/sketchbook out on. Kitchen provides everything you need for city eating/living - you won’t cook complicated meals, but great for simple meals, reheats and leftovers. Washer/Dryer combo is great for longer stays like ours. Rue Montorgueil is very close and provides amazing produce, takeaway, patisserie - we thought even better than the more famous Rue Cler. AC was the reason we stayed here and during the heat wave our last weekend, it was worth it. It was finicky to start with (kept turning off with error messages) but after a lot of troubleshooting (with a very responsive High Stay) we managed to get it to work continuously when it mattered. Location is perfect: one block from Seine, one pont from Sainte Chappelle, across the street from major metro/RER stop Chatelet. Walking distance to a plethora of restaurants, cafes and Les Halles shopping centre. Only blip in our stay was the departure to airport - the van we booked through High Stay didn’t show up so we had to scramble for an Uber. Note, the one that picked us up was on time and professional. Since this was an outside company, High Stay apologized and hopefully will contract with someone a bit more reliable in the future. We loved our 2 weeks here and would definitely stay here again.

Nice compact apartment

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It is clean and as represented in the pictures. The property managers and cleaning teams were all very attentive.
