Just like Paris itself, this cozy and historical BNB in the heart of the city mixes old and new with style. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week honeymoon there. Lucile was very helpful.
The apartment is in a central location, in between Madeleine and Concorde metros, with plenty of shops and restaurants all around. It is tranquil and beautifully appointed with a flawless reno and top of the line.Be sure to exercise caution when navigating up and down the stairway to the apartment.
This rental was perfect for our family. While it was off of a quieter street, the location was within walking distance to many landmarks. The rental was clean, well equipped, and we felt like we were living in Paris for the week. Lucile was generous with information, quick to respond, and helpful. We highly recommend this location! ,
Had a wonderful stay here. The location is great - 20 minute walk from the Louvre, 5 minutes from the Madeline metro & bus station, from where you can reach any other Paris destination. The apartment has a lovely kitchen area with all the conveniences. There's a little grocery right down the road that stocks all the basics (bread, wine, cheese, fruit, snacks, etc). Having A/C was a huge win when our visit overlapped a heat wave in Paris.
Highly recommend this rental! Would absolutely stay here again on a future trip.
We enjoyed this historic apartment which had tons of character. It was the perfect location to explore all the popular sights. Arnaud was the kind & gracious host who welcomed us. The rooms were clean & the kitchen contained everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
A wonderful little apartment. Very clean and well equipped. Air conditioning worked great during a hot week in Paris. Complete kitchen, washer/dryer, living room and bedroom were charming. The tiny spiral staircase to get to the apartment was a bit challenging, but otherwise, it was a fabulous spot. The location is amazing….three minute walk to Concorde and Madeleine metro stations, and walking everywhere in the Rue de Rivoli area was easy. Supermarket is five minutes away! Lucile and Arnaud were so easy to work with, and very simple check-in and check-out process. We just loved this place, and really hope to return.
The apartment was absolutely perfect. Centrally located. Grocery nearby. Several restaurants to choose from. Would absolutely stay there again. Lucile and Arnaud are very responsive. Thank you Arnaud for helping with our bags. Lovely apartment for our first time in Paris.
Great stay. Host was kind, responsive & welcoming. Apartment cozy & comfortable with everything we needed. Very quiet too! Fabulous location. We walked or biked everywhere.
We had such a lovely stay here. The location is hard to beat, and the apartment was beautifully furnished with so much love and care—it felt warm, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed.Communication with Lucile was excellent and made everything easy from start to finish. The only small challenge was the stairs with luggage (help is available), but overall it was a wonderful place and perfect for a special mother-daughter trip. We’d gladly stay again.
Great stay. Excellent location. Great hosts. This is an AmaaZiiing little gem - private- yet so close to EveryThing. Didn’t realize we would be staying close to all kinds of Fashionable Stores that we only see on award shows! If you are looking for a place to safe, & feel the vibe of this CITY, you won’t go wrong booking here.
The location is centrally located, great for seeing Paris on foot. The suite is at the back of the building, providing a quiet space, even with the windows open. Nice, very clean; and for those who are wondering, the sofa bed is very comfortable. Thank you for the luggage service up and then down the stairs. It was very much appreciated.
We were warmly welcomed by our host. The apartment is in a very nice part of Paris with elegant shops and restaurants near by. The apartment has very good amenities and is very comfortable
We had a fantastic time in this adorable apartment. We were greeted and shown around, which was lovely. Super quiet and convenient location. We would absolutely stay here again!
This is the rare listing that is actually nicer than its photos. A really well-kept, well-fitted apartment. It's quite lovely. However, guests should be warned that the stairway leading up to the apartment (2 floors, not 1 - remember in France the 1st floor is what we call in the US the 2nd) is ancient, narrow, winding, and quite treacherous. Not for the faint of heart, although one might eventually get used to it. Also, the neighborhood, while very nice, is not particularly a typical lively Parisian neighborhood. Lots of designer boutiques but few cafés, groceries, and other small businesses.
