The house was very clean and comfortable. Fireplace was warming with the bitter temperatures we had while there. It was unfortunate that one pipe froze over the last night. We called it in immediately but had to check out before anyone arrived.
Very clean. Well thought out small house. Perfect backyard lounging on the river to watch kids fly fishing

Perfect place to unwind.
Clean and comfortable. Porch is peaceful listening to the river or just hanging out playing games. Nice selection of family games left by the owners. Place was beautiful.
Really great property, beautiful setting and very close to WCU. Very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the river front seating area and the screened in porch. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place close to WCU
We enjoyed the house while attending orientation for our daughter at WCU. It was close, and the other kids were able to hang out there and enjoy nature, tv and the beauty of the mountains. I hope to go back.
This is such a wonderful base camp for exploring the Appalachian side of the state. Restaurant are good in Sylva and Dillsboro. Mornings on the porch with a cup of coffee are the best!!!
The space was just as advertised. Only issues were not having the power cord for the dart board. Inquired and no reply...The space was great and felt under surveillance while we were there. ust what we were expectingThe river front was so soothing and what was expected.

Perfection
Loved, loved, loved this little cabin. So thoughtfully appointed. No detail overlooked. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.
Great outdoor living space on the screened in porch overlooking the river. Quiet neighborhood that feels secluded. The house is very well suited to accommodating several adults, but the bunk beds are quite tightly packed and may not be comfortable for some.

Great Time Every Time….especially with great friends!!!
We took a weekend trip to visit WNC for my son. This was a great choice as the house is near the school and offered outdoor recreation for my family. The house is beautiful and sits right on the water. We did not encounter any issues and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
