This will be great for a family of 4 vacation. Right on the beach. Beautiful views. The condo is far enough away from Time square yet not to far. Publix was directly across the street.Every thing was brand new. The only thing I didn't care for was the all in one washer/dryer.Maybe post instructions with it. I could only put a couple pieces of laundry each time. Not a deal breaker though. Had a very nice stay. Would definitely stay again
