The very spacious, tastefully furnished ground floor apartment is quiet with a wide view of the countryside.
Numerous seating groups, both indoors and outdoors, offer the opportunity for muse and relaxation. In the spacious garden there are numerous play options for young and old.
Generous 85 square meters are distributed over a bedroom, a large living room, the kitchen with the entrance area and a bathroom.

There are extensive leisure opportunities in the area. Numerous golf courses are nearby


Biking and hiking trails start right outside the front door, and a swimming pond is less than a kilometer away. Climbing garden, rafting, fitness, mountain hiking, mountain biking, tennis, skiing or sledding: everything in the immediate vicinity.

In winter, the cross-country ski trail passes the garden, and the Blomberg and Lenggries ski areas are nearby.

Bedroom: (approx. 25 sqm) the double bed and the 2 m long bunk bed have allergy-free mattresses and a large selection of pillows. A large wardrobe and chest of drawers offer space for your wardrobe. Of course, the beds are freshly made on your arrival and there is enough change bed linen available.

Living room: (approx. 40 sqm) from the modern leather seating area, consisting of three-seater, two-seater and armchair, you have a good view of both the Swedish stove and the color TV with DVD player and stereo system. A sofa bed serves as a retreat and, if necessary, as another sleeping possibility. On the desk you will find numerous travel guides, cycling and hiking maps as well as various suggestions for trips to the surrounding area. If the weather is bad, various games, CDs, audio books and DVDs are available for children and adults.

Kitchen: the two-row fitted kitchen has a large fridge with freezer compartment, a ceramic hob with an oven, a dishwasher and enough dishes to fill them. Tea towels are provided. If you feel like cooking, you will generally find the following kitchen equipment in addition to the basic equipment: espresso machine, toaster, raclette, waffle iron, sandwich maker, kitchen machine with a flour mill and hand mixer. So that you can enjoy your vacation from the first hour, you have a basic piece of breakfast for free. On request, the baker delivers fresh baked goods directly to the apartment door at no extra charge. The first thirst can be quenched with various drinks (water, soft drinks, juices, beer) for a small fee.

Bathroom: the small bathroom has a washing machine in addition to the sink, toilet and shower. Washing powder is available. There is a hair dryer in the mirror cabinet, towels in various sizes are sufficiently available.

2 terraces: breakfast terrace on the east side (approx. 15 sqm) and large main terrace (approx. 30 sqm) with tables and chairs with seat cushions as well as a large parasol and loungers offer space for rest and relaxation. You will find a gas grill in the lockable threshing floor. You can also store bicycles, golf bags and skis there.

Garden: a good 2000 square meters of garden far from traffic offer various play options. A swing with climbing tower, a giant trampoline, slide and seesaw are located next to the soccer field with a goal wall. There is an Icelandic horse farm on the neighboring property.
