Located in Villers-Saint-Paul in the southern Oise region, on the Paris-Lille corridor, and surrounded by the towns of Senlis, Chantilly, and Compiègne, “Lin et l’Hôte” is a charming, completely detached stone house dating from 1900.
The owners have tastefully renovated this holiday rental and furnished it with cosy, refined, and authentic comfort, making it ideal for a business trip or a relaxing family getaway for up to 4 people.
The cottage has four levels: on the ground floor, a large garage with a section converted into a summer lounge, the entryway, the kitchen, and the living room; on the ground floor, two bedrooms and a separate bathroom with a sink; on the second floor, a TV lounge, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate bathroom. In the basement, there is a cellar and an utility room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. A peaceful garden invites you to relax; garden furniture and a barbecue are at your disposal.
