Je suis désolée que vous ayez trouvé que l'appartement n'était pas propre. Je peux vous assurer que le ménage a bien été fait.
Quand aux serviettes de bain, je ne comprends pas comment vous avez pu penser qu'elles n'avaient pas été lavées, je ne me permettrais jamais de faire ce genre de chose.
Vous auriez dû m'en parler sur place.
