In a garden with palm trees, pine trees, bougainvillea, ... we offer in a beautiful residence of 3 hectares a 40sqm apartment on the first floor with a terrace of 12 m² south and west facing. This apartment has a living room with three beds, a master bedroom with double bed, one bedroom cabin (bunk beds), a bathroom with bath, separate toilet, bathroom with shower and second toilet. You also have a kitchen fully equipped with dishes available, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, microwave oven and grill, coffee maker.
Do not forget a TV with a large flat screen, a safe, pay wi-fi, free parking and laundry facilities in the residence.
Direct access to a sandy beach 3 km long cleaned daily in season overlooking the three Gold and Brégançon islands.
In the residence, a beautiful heated pool, a small children's pool, table tennis, bowling green and a volleyball court.
Pets allowed.
Outside the home, ideal for nature walks on the peninsula and islands and boating in all its forms: sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, diving, schnorkeling ...
An ideal place to spend a family holiday.
Access is easy both by train (TGV), airport (6kms) and road (highway 8km) while maintaining a natural appearance near preserved natural areas.
You can go barefoot from your bed to the sea: It is a rare privilege today.

Nice location, functional appartement

We enjoyed the stay in La Badine for the second time. The appartment was satisfying our needs. The most beautiful thing is the large balcony. The appartment is in an adequate state but reaches the time for a renovation.

Parc magnifique et mer à moins de 100m. Appartement trop petit pour 7; moins de 45m carré; très sonore d'une pièce à l'autre et bruit venan0t de la piscine peu fréquentée en mai; elle n'etait pas chauffée en mai. Appartement bien décoré.

Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt, besonders der Pool ist super! Aus diesem Grund kann man auch über den Zustand der FEWO hinwegsehen (abblätternde Möbel, unsauberes Geschirr, nicht säubernde Spülmaschine).

Schönes, etwas abgewohntes Appartement

Die Gegend ist toll, die Anlage wunderschön und gut gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An sich gut ausgestattet, aber Geschirr war schmutzig, in der Dusche gab es Schimmel, Möbel im Bad waren aufgequollen, Flecken an den Wänden und Kanten abgestoßen. Schade, denn sie ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub.

Bon séjour, super endroit, les pieds dans l'eau, contact génial avec l'agence, petit bémol, appartement moyennement propre, avons dû nettoyer la vaisselle, (restes alimentaires dans casseroles, assiettes sales et porte couverts, derrière un lit, douches sales notamment carrelage, porte savon,(photos prises) bref dommage de devoir faire le ménage à l'arrivée, et manque de rangement dans la deuxième chambre

Gute Wohnung am Strand

Der Strand ist direkt an der Anlage. Nur ein kurzer Fußweg durch den Garten entfernt. ruhiger breiter Strand flachabfallend. Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit guten Pool und kleinem Kinderbecken. Gerne wieder.

Les pieds dans l'eau

Très bon emplacement dans une resisend6de petits immeubles (deux etages) avec piscine et accès plage en 5 mn. Superette à 5 mn à pieds, pratique pour la baguette chaude le matin. Vue directe sur la piscine. Il manquait juste un ventilateur en cette période de chaleur, et peut être un grille pain. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, tellement de jolis endroits à découvrir sur la presqu'île :-)
