Great Location and Property!

Magnolia Knoll was a quaint little house perfectly located close to all things Nashville! We were no more than 15 minutes from the hotspots, with traffic! The house was clean and provided all the essentials for a great stay! We highly recommended Magnolia Knoll to anyone looking for a place to enjoy Nashville!

Bachelorette weekend

Super cute townhouse!! Perfect decor for celebrating in Nashville. The owner was super nice and on top of everything. The beds were super comfortable and the home was very clean. There is also info for a shuttle bus if staying here that picks up and drops off anywhere in Nashville within 20 mins or less for low cost.

Great Location, Super Clean, Will Stay Again!!

Our family of five had an absolute, wonderful time on our first trip to Nashville. This home made the experience so much better!! This location was the perfect mix of close enough to everything (less than 10 minute drive) but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle. It’s in a quiet area. I felt 100% safe!! The bathrooms and bedrooms would certainly accommodate more guest than we had and were well equipped with towels/wash clothes. Loved the open concept from the living room/kitchen and the seating was perfect and comfy. The washer dryer was a plus!! (Mama’s you can pack less or do all the laundry before you leave so that’s one less thing to have to do when you get home… praise!!) we brought our 3 little furbabies and there was plenty of room in the back to let them do their business and be safe from running off. The covered porch outside was nice for those who are smokers or pet owners and it is well lit. We took one day to just rest and the huge television with the option to use your own. streaming services was a hit. We lounged around in our pj’s and watched movies all day then got ready for the Grand Ole Opry’s 9:30 p.m. show. Anytime I messaged the owner I received a prompt and courteous response. I would hands down stay at this location again when we come back to the Nashville area!! Thank you to the owner for providing a wonderful experience for our stay!!

Amazing stay

Wonderful place to spend a long weekend or even longer. Location seems to be up and coming but felt very safe. Owners obviously love coffee … as there are 12 coffee makers!! Please do decide to book this location. It was everything we needed.

House was clean and perfect for the 7 of us ladies to stay. Could certainly fit more than 7. The neighborhood is not safe to walk, but we could get to downtown/Broadway in 10-15 minute drive. This area is older and run down but there is a lot of development in progress.

Wonderful

The owners of this property are so kind. The home is lovely and has everything you need for a short or long stay. When I had a question, they would answer almost instantly. The location is both close to the action and very quiet. I highly recommend a stay at this location next time you find yourself in Nashville.
