Gorgeous gated complex - 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse in East Nashville - larger corner unit at Trinity Heights - 1507 sq ft! Roof top terrace in the trees with shade sail, the perfect place for you to lounge and sip a sweet tea or your favorite beverage.
Sleeps 8 with 2 queens in each bedroom, plus 2 twin beds in an extra area (daybed with removable trundle bed). Smart TVs in each bedroom and in living room. 3 separate thermostats for each of the 3 levels. Fully equipped kitchen. Additional backyard area for corn hole or tossing the football.
One block away from East Nashville Beer Works, and close to several other Nashville breweries. Gated complex with keypad entry. 3 miles from the stadium or to 2nd Ave. downtown. Front door keypad entry and code for community gate.

Bachelorette Trip

This house was so perfect for our bachelorette trip. It is a short Uber ride to Broadway, plenty of beds and very quite neighbors. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for cousins weekend group of 6

Kathleena was amazing, she let us check in early, and her place was wonderful, we had 6 of us girls staying there. It was easy to get downtown, and felt safe here. The showers were great . Soft towels, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. So spacious we had the best time, thank you Kathlena

Great Nashville Trip

Property was brand new and very clean. Owner was extremely attentive to any questions we had. Location is a 10 min Uber to just about anywhere you wanna go. Definitely will consider this property for future Nashville trips

Great Location for a Larger Group

Great townhome close to downtown Nashville. Lyft/Uber rides were only $7-25 depending on time of day. Very conveniently located. We had 7 adults and had plenty of room. The property was clean and met all expectations based on the listing. Would stay again.

Awesome place to stay, close to all the amenities

Stayed here for a bachelor party weekend. The place was super clean and very modern. Plenty of space for everyone (7 of us). There isn’t much within walking distance, but it’s only about a 5-10 minute drive to downtown, TopGolf, Five Points, Hunter Station, and several golf courses. Check in and check out was easy, and Kathlena was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed it!

The unit was great! It was the perfect size and had good space. I didn’t have any issues or problems, although the dryer was full of wet rags and towels. Besides that, everything was good and I would recommend this place to friends! Thank you again for the stay.

Awesome Nashville Getaway

This property was the perfect place for the 4 of us to hang out for the weekend. Very close to downtown restaurants and activities. The host has thought of everything we could have needed, and more. Best part of the condo is the super comfy beds. We enjoyed playing cards at the kitchen/dining room table. We didn’t need to do laundry, but it was available if we wanted. There were lots of Bachelorette parties at the complex, but we didn’t hear a thing. Host was a great communicator. Highly recommend this property.

Clean & safe

We came down for a long adult weekend. The place was super cute, CLEAN and had everything we needed. Main floor had living area, kitchen and bathroom. Bedrooms are on 2nd & 3rd floors. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom - huge bonus. Felt safe with the gates. It was about a 10 min Uber drive to downtown. **type in the actual address when reserving an Uber- they wanted to pick us up behind the unit at a restaurant that is not there anymore.

Treetop Terrace Stay

It was perfect for our group. Size and location were phenomenal. The gated complex made everyone feel comfortable (especially since it was a group of females). Kathlena was super easy to work with. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Talbot's Corner

Fantastic property, great management! The property was extremely clean and comfortable for my group and I. The manager was easy to reach for questions (even during the Holidays) and the property is in a decent location for making ride sharing easy and affordable. My group consisted of 4 people, but this property could easily accommodate more. Only minor issue was the parking. The spaces around the unit are quite small. The week we stayed, I drove a large SUV and so did each of the neighbors. Since other units had not yet been completed, I decided to park elsewhere and walk back to my unit, but that may not be so easy as the other unit are completed. Overall fantastic property and experience. We would certainly consider staying again and again.

The property is brand new, and in an excellent location to do many things in Nashville. It's extremely close to East Nashville, and many local breweries. It's only 3 miles from a Titan's game and 5 miles from downtown.
