The property consists of 3 acres of private hilltop land and the main home is situated on top. It's midcentury modern and beautifully decorated inside and out for comfort and style.


Master Bedroom: A plush king bed with plush bedding for the best sleep. There are three closets for your belongings, and an attached bathroom for privacy. You can choose to take in the sun through the massive glass door, or black it out with curtain shades. The hand built cabinets hold vintage memorabilia that ties into the rest of the house. There's also a rollaway twin bed in the closet should you need an extra bed!


Guest Bedroom: Two Queen beds side by side with luxurious mattresses and bedding. You can sleep in total silence with the windows closed, or open it all up and let the ocean breeze from the west pass through.


Small Guest Bedroom: A bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top. Great room for families with children. There’s a desk for laptop friendly workspace and also a glass door for going to the pool quickly. Both guest bedrooms are near the guest bathroom. We provide all basics such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. This bathroom has a dual-head shower and a window for letting the breeze in.


Guest House: A replica of the main house with same vaulted ceilings and built in cabinetry. A soft queen bed for hitting the snooze button. Your own sink, countertop, fridge and outdoor deck makes this very special. Our guests love staying here! note that the bathroom is detached and is on the exterior of main house.


Office: Perfect for working from home and Zoom meetings. There is a built in large wood desk and a leather chair to get serious work done. The office is attached to a stone paved patio for lounging. The convertible sofa turns into a full bed should you need it!

Pool: Dip in the immense 50,000 gallon pool! Take a moment to sit by the pool and view the sunset to the west while mountain views surround you. Adjacent is an exterior bathroom that makes taking showers after the pool very easy. Be on the lookout for its total midcentury look and feel. Pool can be heated with an energy fee- prices vary with season. please ask about it.


Zen Pond: Soothing waterfall sounds will make you forget busy cities. Breathe in the fresh air and take it all in. The ocean breezes brush past you as you enjoy the pond.


The Gardens: There are several gardens and sitting areas connected by the trails. Discover many rare and exotic ornamental trees, cacti and fruit trees. Within the gardens, you will discover several meditation benches. Take a seat, and let your mind ease.
