ce petit appartement en duplex se situe dans une résidence, avec un environnement extérieur spacieux,l'accès aux couchages - lits 2 places et lits superposés se fait par un escalier, échelle de meunier, donc à éviter pour une - des personne s en difficulté motrice et jeunes enfants; cabine de douche exigue, le logement est largement équipé en matériel de cuisine, poêles très abimées,les couverts ne sont plus en bon état, ainsi que la toile cirée de la table et les chaises, la déco - rideaux -, l aménagement de la pièce sont désuets.

Emplacement parfait pour la visite des nombreux sites incontournables. Proximité des commodités (supermarché, navette...) et du Parc Fenestre (5 mn en voiture) très appréciée !

Appartement très propre et très bien situé

Court séjour à La Bourboule. Logement au calme en rez de chaussée d'une petite résidence entourée d'un agréable parc privé. La proximité du supermarché est grandement appréciée. A recommander.

Parfait pour nous

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cet appartement très agréable : il est très bien agencé et équipé, le lit double est confortable, l'électroménager est très propre et fonctionne bien, la vue est apaisante. La résidence est calme et sécurisée. C'était parfait pour nous.
