Location is fantastic. Beautifully landscaped property. We enjoyed walking everyday as a family. Pools were also very nice. Host was helpful and welcoming. It was great to have a pack n play and a high chair that we didn't have to pack. Villa was very nice and good size for our family. A couple small critiques: cleaners could dust and vacuum better. Kids were picking up old crumbs when we arrived and there is dust hanging from the fans and on top of dressers/shelves. Could also use more wash cloths.

Awesome Spot

This property was so great for our quick getaway! My sister and I were there with our kids for a lacrosse tournament and it was the perfect location! The villa was clean and had everything we needed! The kids Loved the pool and how close it was to everything on property! We could not have been happier.

Golf trip in the desert

Great place for several friends to stay. The place is even better than advertised in the pictures. Clean and close to the pool and hot tub. Easy check in and out. Would certainly recommend this place.

Awesome 3 BR condo

Awesome area. Walking distance to La Quinta Resort. Numerous golf courses in the area. We attended Power Trip festival a few nights, shuttle from La Quinta Resort was perfect. You will be very pleased with this property. Very clean, plenty of room and pool is right out the back door.

Great time in La Quinta

Location of the Villa was great and right next to one of the pools and close to the main pool. The Villa had everything we needed and quickly got answers to any questions we had. Instacart and DoorDash (albeit next to grocery stores) delivered easily and close to the resort and downtown La Quinta for dinners. Kids had a amazing time in the pool and a fun trip to Joshua Tree. On the weekend serving up hamburgers and hotdogs outside the pool area. We are coming back soon!

Perfect stay for the family

The condo was perfect for a visit to the Palm Springs area with my wife, infant, and parents. The three bedrooms are well laid out for our mix with two of the bedrooms close together and a master at the other end of the condo so grandparents don't have to deal with any infant night wakings. Host was awesome: provided a high chair and travel crib, upon request. Area was quiet with plenty of amenities (pools, gym) and close to old town La Quinta for farmers market or restaurants.

Perfect for a family!

We loved our stay! The unit was perfect for our family. We were able to have enough space to enjoy our evenings without waking up the baby. The location of the satellite pool was convenient for quick dips. We had everything we needed in the fully stocked kitchen to cook meals. The high chair and crib set up was key…thank you! The beds were super comfy and the living area was cozy.

Perfect for a Stagecoach group of 6

Clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our Stagecoach weekend. Super close to a smaller quiet pool and not far from a larger pool with more action. The AC worked great when we would remember to press the HOLD button, otherwise it will go back to 85 degrees. Shannon was a great host to work with. Thank you for everything, we had a great time!

Excellent accommodations for Spring Break getaway

Clean, well maintained, nice facilities. Enough room for a family of four with teenage boys. Easy check-in and appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit. Easy walk to pools and grounds were lush and beautiful. Minor issues with cable were handled by on-site property managers quickly and efficiently. Such nice people! Will definitely return. Palm Springs weekend

Our trip was to spend time with friends living in the area and to visit the Palm Springs area. This location was loved by all of us. Check in (plus departure) instructions at gate and home entry were clear and concise. Home was clean, and all amenities were available. We all felt comfortable and welcomed. We also found the whole complex charming and well landscaped. Thank you!

Nice stay at Legacy Villas

Very enjoyable stay in the gated Legacy complex. We had a three-bedroom, three bathroom villa located steps from one of the many pools on the property, and very close to the clubhouse. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked (except for having no dishwashing liquid), plenty of towels were provided, villa was pretty well taken care of, and there were guides for us describing things to do in town. On the negative side, our unit was somewhat dark inside, there were some spots on the carpet that needed cleaning, the water in the master bath did not get hot for some unknown reason, and we did have to purchase WD40 to take care of the squeaky doors! The villas are in a beautiful area surrounded by mountains, and we enjoyed walking around the outside of the complex. Definitely would stay here again.

Lovely condo and complex

I stayed here with my husband, my 7 month-old, and my in-laws for a wedding. The condo was lovely. We really enjoyed that there were multiple pool options (though we didn’t stay long because it was blazing hot haha.) My favorite thing was that many of our friends and other wedding guests all rented condos at Legacy Villas and it was easy to hang out together. This condo is on the bottom floor which was great for my in-laws. The dual masters on either end of the condo are really lovely. Each has their own patio and soaker tub. There was also a pack and play and a high chair set up for us! The only improvements I could see would be a more comfy couch haha (though in reality we didn’t spend much time there) and I think the guys would have preferred a gas or charcoal grill. The George Forman did the job just fine though. We had a great stay and would absolutely rent here again.

Great location for going to Coachella! Getting to the grounds from this location has a lot less traffic than other areas I’ve experienced. Place was clean and as described. Some areas such as the entryway and couch were a bit dirty when checking in. Otherwise, great experience overall.
