We were 15 people including kids across all ages, and had a good 2 night stay. The place is clean and has a huge area outside to do outdoor activities. The property manager was very responsive to our questions.
Love the outdoors amenities! But sadly the weekend we went the weather was horrible, cold, windy and raining. Overall if you have little ones that love outdoor, it’s perfect! They have canoeing, swimming, fishing, bomb fire! Communication was awesome, fast and efficient. Definitely recommed.
My family and I had a great time here. The boys did some ice fishing on Deer Lake, while the little ones and us ladies did some sledding. Richie and Alexandria (our host) were super nice and friendly. They were awesome with our last minute changes, and very accommodating. We will definitely be returning.
A group of friends rented this property over New Years, and had a lovely time tucked away in the woods. Some of us enjoyed snowshoeing across the lake, walking the dogs, photographing the scenery, and sitting in the sauna. Others enjoyed using the spacious main room for games and crafts. Overall, everyone agreed that they would be happy to return for future stays.
We [My children, my grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and my self stayed 5 days over Labor Day weekend. We swam ,we barbaqued, played indoor and outdoor games, had a bonfire every night. All I can say is we had a great time and I would do it again. And what great people to rent from . Communicate with them was awesome.
Lots of room for our group of 6 adults and 6 children. Having 2 refrigerators was a plus. The children, aged 5-10 loved it. Great beach for kids, with a large shallow area but also got deep enough if people want to swim. There are lots of canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards available, as well as life jackets of assorted sizes. There was no other group there during our stay, and we greatly enjoyed the location. It was warm while we were there, but since the bedrooms are on the lower level, it wasn't bad for sleeping, and the fans available were helpful. The fire ring was great, and we appreciated the firewood and s'mores makings that were available.
All of us were impressed with all the amenities, canoes, paddle boards, etc. I thought we might be sharing with others, so was excited to have the place to our selves. The “kids” (ages 3- 23) had such a great time, kept busy the two days we were there. Wish it were closer, would do it more often!
When in early June and it was a very warm weekend, with the weather being so warm the upstairs got a little uncomfortable at times but cooled nice at night. The AC in the lower floor worked amazing and was a great place to sleep.
