Deer Lake, Privacy on the Water!! Sunrises, Sunsets, and Northern Lights!

Enjoy privacy on 520 feet of crystal-clear shores on Deer Lake. You cannot see other houses from this property. The beautifully remodeled home includes all modern amenities. You can sleep up to 11 adults on 8 beds, + there are 3 couches, also blowup mattresses available.

Enjoy the premier fishing for Walleye, Bass, Crappie and Muskie, there is plenty of parking for your boat trailers in the yard as well as a 100' dock with electricity. If you need help renting a boat, I have phone numbers ready for the local in town boat rentals available, or if you are willing, I have an ugly duckling 17' seaworthy deck boat with plenty of seating I am willing to rent, let's talk ;*)

Deer Lake, also known as The Lake of Many Changing Colors, boasts 25 - 30 feet of clarity. Boat or kayak out to Bear Island and walk it’s nearly a one-mile walking trail through some of the largest Cedar trees in the area. 2 kayaks are available for your use. 4 islands out front of the property will ensure your morning kayak ride to be a peaceful one, crossing breathtaking views above, and below the waterline among the woods, weeds, and wildlife.

The property does not have a hard sand bottom but don’t let that stop you from taking a dip off the end of the dock and out to the raft, or to explore the lake in a kayak. There are also various floats available onsite in the shed along with various yard games. Set up a Bad Mitten net (or as my children called it: Good Gloves) or pull out the Bocce Ball set. There is also full-size Corn Hole boards as well as a great horseshoe pit in the yard by the lake.

Kick back and enjoy the sunrise and sunsets from up on the oversized deck, also, plenty of outside seating down by the large fire pit. Bring your own wood or purchase a large wheel burrow full for $30.

The home has an open floor plan with plenty of space in the kitchen (2 kitchens, one up and one downstairs) to allow plenty of help in preparing meals! The dining room table has 4 leaves with seating for 12 + the bar. Each kitchen is equipped with all amenities including microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, Ninja blenders, and much more.

The living room upstairs has 2 reclining couches (seat 6) plus a single recliner for movie night in front of a 55” TV as well as a beautiful stone gas fireplace. The living room downstairs has 2 recliners, 1 couch, and 1 loveseat, as well as a 55” TV.
Plenty of sleeping space to close out your day of outdoor fun. Upstairs in the entryway is a trundle bed with two full-size twin mattresses. Bedroom #1 upstairs has a queen-size bed. Bedroom #2 sleeps 3 with one twin bed and a bunk bed. Bedroom #3, downstairs has a Queen bed. There is also a full-size bed downstairs in the oversized living room.

3 bathrooms include 1 bathroom with a shower in the master bedroom, 1 full-size bathroom upstairs in the common area has tub and shower, and 1 large bathroom downstairs in the common area has a shower.

Two charcoal grills and a small gas grill are available for your use. No grilling is allowed on any of the decks.
